So beautiful when you walk in. We picked up sandwiches for the road trip and couldn't decide between all the creative and pretty sweets we just took 2 to share. Less than $40 for our food to get us to Denver. Amazing value! read more

Good sandwich shop. I had the Boxer(salami) and it was a good sandwich. Fresh bread , quality meats and made quickly . And the guy that made my sandwich did wear gloves. Better quality overall than Subway. read more

The food is incredible I got the stoner and the cheese bread, both of which were off the charts. The service was incredible from the moment we stepped in the door until the moment we left. The place was very clean with good music and a friendly environment. I highly recommend stopping here if you're just passing by or in town for a while. read more

Little hole in the wall sandwich shop with great customer service. Had the lunch special (6 inch sandwich, drink and chips) for 11 bucks which was perfect. Sandwich was well made and tasted great. Tons of options to choose from! read more

Okay, are initial response to this restaurant was quite bad because when we walked in, there was a sign that said CASH ONLY. We didn't have any cash so we walked out and the person I was with was pretty angry. Then the owner of the place sees us and says to us in the parking lot that we can come in and order. He said we can pay Later in the week with a card because he trusts us to come back. So we ordered from the incredibly sweet lady at the front - and she gives us a sample of the Wisconsin cheese soup. it was delicious! So I got a bread bowl of the Wisconsin Cheese soup. It had jalapeños and a bacon note to it. My friend got an 8 inch sandwich and it was definitely taller than 8 inches and super wide. The food was great! The restaurant has a rustic/modern feel and the cups had the breadboard logo on it. It's a bit pricey there but it's worth it. LANDER HAS THE BEST BREADBOARD. Riverton has one and it not good!!! read more

I've heard good things about this place but honestly I was so disappointed. I ordered 2 sandwiches and I was so disgusted with how they made them I couldn't bring myself to eat any of them. They didn't wear gloves, the girls had long gross nails. Touching the meat and veggies all without gloves. Put the meat in the microwave without any barrier. The counters are disgusting. Just a total breeding ground for bacteria. Puke. read more

Ate here for the first time and was very impressed. The bread is amazing! Staff were super helpful and extremely nice. I love a classic sandwich, mayo and Italian dressing does the trick. If you're in Lander, make a stop here and get a sandwich. read more

If you happen to be passing through this area in the middle of Wyoming, perhaps on your way to or from Yellowstone or the Tetons or wandering in the Absaroka Wilderness (a good place to fall off the map) this is a handy place to stop for lunch/dinner. It's not a chain, it's family owned, there's nothing fried on the menu and the sandwiches are pretty good. Bathrooms are clean too! Big sandwiches that run 5-6 bucks. read more

The Bread Board is arguably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, and I've had my fair share of sandwiches. I got the stoker on jalapeño cheddar, which they don't always have, and it was amazing, hopefully going back soon! read more

If you want fast commercialized sandwhiches then go on down the road, you will not have that here. Fresh bread, meat and cheeses is what you will find though. Lots of bread and sandwhich varieties. A must have when in town. read more

This is one of the only spots in Lander open on Mondays, so we popped in. We were the only ones there and to repeat our "no mayo" to the worker several times as she put mayo on our sandwiches. There were no gloves in sight as she picked up our deli meat, smashed our bread down etc. I will not revisit! read more

A nice surprise. This place looks like it was once an A&W with car hops. We decided to eat at the picnic tables outside. The line to order did not move very fast but once you taste the sandwich you forget the wait. I do not remember the name of the sandwich I ordered but it was smoked turkey, bacon, and provolone cheese on a French roll. I was expecting the bread to be crustier but it was soft. The bread made the sandwich. The 6 of us agreed that The Bread Board is one of the best sandwich shops we have experienced. read more

I came by during the high school regional track meet for lunch. I ordered the chicken noodle soup since it was cold and rainy out and it was pretty tasty, though nothing special. The buddy I was with ordered a meatball sandwich. His looked really good. Because of the regional track meet and a lot of people coming by, including whole school-bus loads, they were out of several meats and breads. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. This is the place I would return to if I find myself in Lander for lunch again. read more

This place is a definite gem. We were passing through and saw a sub sign so we stopped in. I got a Stoker, which I would show you a picture of, but I demolished it. Their bread is fresh baked and so delicious and the staff has personality and was fun to chat with. The jalapeño bacon was delicious and the avocado was tasty. Definitely recommend stopping in for a sub if you are in the area. read more

Yummy sandwiches! We enjoyed the meatball sub, Stoker, and a roast beef on sourdough. The Philly cheesesteak was a little smoky-tasting but tasty. Chips, pickles, etc. are extra. It was a nice place to take a break on our road trip. read more

absolutely AMAZING! I would've rated this 4 stars because sometimes there are some damn rude sandwich makers that just don't give a crap. However, the food is sooooooo good once you get it, and there is a huge selection. I miss going here, wish I lived closer or wish they'd expand to where i live! read more
