I was in the drive through, while waited they have left through +4 cars ahead of me in the other lane, who arrived later. Walked in and asked for the manager, of course she made me wait as well. Also, instead of apologizing, she was yelling and became argumentative. Mind you, I stop by frequently and spend about $80+ weekly and even overlooked that 50% of the time they get my orders wrong incorrect and have to wait for them to correct it. About a month ago my aunt and I went inside to eat. We ordered 2 #2s they messed up our order. The lady kinda argue about my order. She made it right finally. After that we both ended up sick. This is the worst place for service of any kind. I ordered through door dash and they let my order sit there for almost an hour and the they still sent it out for delivery. The food was cold and the shake was melted. We even went up to McDonalds to see if they would make it right and all they said is talk to door dash. I do believe that both companies are at fault in this situation. But neither company offered to refund my money. My husband and I stopped here around 12:30pm on our way back home from Dubois to Cheyenne. The staff was friendly and efficient. Ordered two QP combo meals to eat there. Our food was ready quickly, was hot and fresh. We saw staff waiting on tables delivering food and anything else needed. We did not go into the play area so can't speak to the cleanliness there. The rest of the restaurant including the restrooms were clean and stocked with all the necessities. We saw several staff members cleaning tables and other surfaces. This McDonalds exceeded our expectations and is one of the best we've ever been to. read more

Several times in the last three years I've eaten here. Up until a few months ago I really thought this place was a gem amoung McDonald's. The food was always hot and fresh and the service was quick. It reminded me of when I was a kid and McDonald's rocked. The last couple of times it has not been that. It has been nasty cold fish sandwich and cold nasty fries. Cold food. Slower service. We were on a family trip and decided to grab breakfast here. Bad decision!! The young man at the counter was new; so I will be slightly understanding about his lack on knowledge on taking orders...BUT he had absolutely zero customer service skills, not one smile. When I asked for some food that was forgotten, he was very sarcastic to my face. "Not the hashbrowns, oh no" The $52 of food was ok, not amazing, but ok. The restaurant was disgusting, play place had fries, food, fake fingernails all over the floor (mind you this was first thing in the am-so would assume food was from night before). The food is usually good and edible. The drive thru is usually a mess to get through and slow. Once paid I almost always get told to drive forward and wait. Hit or miss but most of the time I am sitting and waiting for a long time. Used to order orange juice every morning but after a dozen times of the orange juice being watered down (needing to be changed) I gave up and no longer order that. The app has made my order so much easier but it has malfunctioned a few times and left me sitting outside waiting for 15+ minutes and I had to go inside or thru the drive thru. These guys had to have had 4 or 5 managers in the store when I came in for breakfast a little after 10am, the cashier was extremely friendly, a little difficult to understand but very nice. When I asked for orange juice with my meal, I was charged extra $1.39 to be exact, I was never told about this charge and only noticed it while I was waiting for my meal, this is the only McDonald's I've been to that upcharges their juice. This location is also In dire need of an update. The seats are hard plastic and what looks like a faded floral pattern on the fake plastic cushioning, one thing I will have to say, the play zone still had the Hamburgler hanging on the wall, which I was really happy to see! read more

It's McDonald's. Not much to say. I honestly don't eat there for the food. I eat there so my kids can run some energy off after being in the car on a road trip for 6+ hours . So imagine my disappointment when the playplace was CLOSED at 8:30pm . So crappy food plus no outlet for the kids. Disappointed is an understatement . *update* We went back the next morning for breakfast bc the kids were still dying to play in the playplace. Guess what. Closed for cleaning. 8:30am!!!! I can't believe I'm writing a review for McDonald's... but, I love this one. Not for the food (I'm usually just having coffee), but for the atmosphere! While working on our house over the last few months, this has been my go-to spot for a flat clean surface to get a little work done. Thanks for not kicking me out, guys! More importantly, the regulars are the most fascinating people to watch. Around 9am this place is PACKED with older folks chatting and catching up with friends. So let me begin by saying , this Mcdonalds has never been the same since the Lucks sold it.. The Lucks definitely knew how to run a local establishment. In a small town of 7000+ People you'd think the common decency , respect and love for your landerites would mean something to this McDonald's. NOT.!.!. I've been to the establishment several times hoping things would change and they would know what they're doing. Unfortunately, every time I've gone and people I've heard from nothing is ever right. I ordered a #1 BigMac combo and a fish fillet sandwich. The big mac came out plain.... nothing but meat and bread.... nasty. I didn't order it plain but when checking my recipe it was punched in as plain. The fish fillet sandwich was also plain, no tartar sauce and was very dry. Very very slow drive thru (15min+) even when there was no one in line in front of or behind us. It would have been faster to do to go from a sit down restaurant. They had us wait in one of their three stalls. Just when we were going to go inside and just ask for our money back a friendly worker came out with our food and apologized saying they did not have any chicken ready. They also gave us a voucher for a meal next time without us asking for it. I bumped them from one star to two based on this interaction. Considered going up to three stars but it was just too long a wait. I would have order something else if they would have told me it was going to be so long. I just had literally the worst food service I have ever had at McDonald's right now. Ryan and I went up to the first window after ordering at the drive thru speaker. She read off a couple things we ordered we found it a little bit weird that certain things were not called out to us on the order. Ryan had told the first window McDonald employee to keep the 5 cents but never received a receipt. We then proceeded to go through the drive thru to the 2nd window when we approached the window the employee had tried to hand Ryan a bag but was yelled at very loudly and rude "NOO!! NOO! The order is not complete this is not the right one, we are waiting on frys with no salt" while snapping finger very aggressively to the employee. The 2nd window McDonald's employee then told us to pull up to the thank you waiting line for our order. After about 5 mins the 2nd window McDonalds employee proceeded to bring out one med fry with no salt when it was asked about the Medium Carmel frappe with extra Carmel drizzle and the 2 Mac jrs to the employee. She then proceeded into telling us that we actually ordered a med Carmel mochiatto and we let her know that's not what we ordered the employee then agrued with us briefly as they kept us in the waiting line while she took off with bag that had our 1 med fry:no salt to the car behind that was waiting as well. I then chose to go inside to see what was happening. When coming into the establishment I asked what was going on and the rude employee then with extreme attitude then told me I only ordered 1 Mac jr after we had not even been given a receipt by the woman in the first window. The rude employee that was in the 2nd window at the time decided to keep arguing with me at the counter inside the establishment while tapping the screen with the order on it repeatedly stating I am wrong in a condescending rude way while rolling her eyes. This employee was hiding her name tag then threw the food onto the counter still in the bag and proceeded repeatedly to tell me that I am wrong and that is what I ordered. At this point Tammy Luck then proceeded over to see what's going on she then told me that is what i ordered I replied back with this not what I ordered repeating that i ordered 2 Mac jrs, med Carmel frappe: extra Carmel drizzle, med fry: no salt) we had not been given a receipt either and she then said she can make us another Mac jr but we had to pay for it. I replied "okay let me get back to the car and I will grab my wallet" after that point when going back to the car and letting Ryan know that they were being rude, condescending, and disrespectful; he then came inside to talk to them. Ryan asked for his 2nd Mac jr that he ordered but still hasn't received; At this the female employee was no where to be found and that Tammy Luck then said that is what you ordered so Ryan took the food and walked out of the establishment and was half way to the vehicle when it was noticed that there was no extra Carmel drizzle on the medium frappe that we ordered. He then went back into McDonald's to get a refund because the order was incorrect, not finished, and sloppy( the frappe did not have extra Carmel drizzle, it was half melted. The food that was in the bag had been thrown on counter so food was scattered all over the bag). He was then refused the refund and was then told "no that is what you ordered" Ryan said to Tammy Luck who also was standing next to the general manager as he stayed quiet that she is refusing to giving us a refund and then proceeded to tap the top of Carmel frappe saying that it is extra Carmel drizzle. Ryan said he wanted his refund multiple times after that and still she refused in front of the entire store(employees and customers) he asked to talk to a supervisor or someone who is in-charge. Tammy stated she was one who in-charge. Ryan then requested to talk to someone else higher and it was told to him by Tammy Luck with me present that her husband Bob Luck the owner. She then chuckled and stated after Ryan said he would be writing a review about his experience in the establishment. She then laughed and said "good luck" with a smile on her face. We then left the food there and stated we will never be coming back to eat here again. This is the worst experience I have ever had in fast food and have never had such a horrible duration of time waiting on food. I highly suggest never coming to this McDonald's if they are to treat customer in such a way and let there employees treat people as though they are nothing but wrong the customer is always right regardless. The best thing about this McDonald's? The view. We always stop at this McD's on our way to Yellowstone. We eat outside and look at the mountain view that we don't get where we live. Besides the view, this is just a normal McDonald's. read more
