I got a chicken teriyaki bento and it was a ton of food. The egg drop soup was really good and a perfect temperature. We got there about 3ish, and it was busy but they had the food out quickly. Some of the chicken was a bit dry, so I just chose bits that were thicker and they were perfect. It came with edamame, a tempura shrimp, California roll, steamed or fried rice, a jalapeño popper(I don't eat them so I asked them not to prepare it). They do not have low sodium soy sauce, which is something I prefer, so I barely used any with the wasabi and ginger. Our waitress was attentive and had the food to us in a blink. First time at Chopstix on our last night in town. We arrived right after a car show, so it was packed. The host seemed to be rehearsing for a part in The Walking Dead, both in mannerisms and voice. He grunted: "You", and then led us to our table, after an 8 min wait. Once seated, it took 9 mins for someone to greet us. He took our drink order and left. As our drinks arrived, our server arrived and finally took our order. My wife ordered the Singapore Noodles with curry sauce and a glass of wine while I got the Sweet and Sour Combination and an iced tea. The prices went up recently, so it all came to $44.24 plus tip. My soup arrived in one minute. I got Hot and Sour soup and it was hot, sour and spicy. I believe it was the best S&S soup I'd ever had! Rich, with meat shreds, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, decadent broth. If it wasn't our last day in Riverton, I would've ordered a couple more to keep in our AirBnB. After soup, our entrees took 7 mins to arrive. The Singapore Noodles were exceptional. There was plenty of food and the curry had just the right bite to make it all work in harmony. It had chicken, shrimp and beef. My Sweet and Sour Combo was also outstanding. It came with battered and fried pork, chicken and prawns. The sweet sauce was just so, setting off the oil of the Lo Mein noodles that accompanied the dish. Neither of us crossed the halfway point before pushing our plates forward. The dishes were very large. Obviously we caught them at a bad time, with the restaurant right on the car show route. The service lacked but the food was stellar. I am a Louisiana girl with a traveler's heart. The parking lot was huge with plenty of room for trucks, trailers, RVs, and more! I love pretty much all authentic Asian cuisine. This restaurant servers Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese food. My friends and I put this restaurant to the test twice. Our waitress was the bomb dot com. We enjoyed our lychee/ strawberry chilled sake. My two favorite appetizers are the Poo Poo platter and steamed pork dumplings. Both were cooked to perfection. Don't forget to order the crispy spring rolls. Chicken noodle soup was good, just not what I am used to. I feel like it was lacking in flavor. So just sip the chicken soup and order the amazing wonton soup. I was a bit skeptical about ordering the sushi being we are WY. I was comforted by the server. WOW, look at those photos of my sushi. I mean the sushi rice was perfect. The Tuna Sushi was the highlight of my night. Really, as if it could not get any better the entrees arrived. This place has everything Asian you could possibly want! My husband and I were just walking from our hotel to find a bite to eat and this place was pretty close to where we were staying. I've eaten here 5 to 8 times in three years. It's all over the place. Sometimes it's really good. The food is hot fresh and tasty. Other times it's cold and nasty. The service is generally pretty good. I usually eat crab rangoon, egg rolls, egg drop soup, sweet and sour chicken or pork. I've also had beef and broccoli and some other main courses. The shrimp here is quite large and tasty. The problem is that I just don't know what I'm getting. The price is a little high but not terribly bad. It's bad when you get crappy food though. read more

chopstix is definitely changing and not for the better. i had dinner for my family and i there tonight, extremely disappointed. we had steamed dumplings, they aren't dumplings!! they are previously frozen pot stickers, we had 1 chicken dish 1 pork dish and 1 beef dish, we picked out all the meat from the 3 dishes, we weighed it, to my astonishment there was less than 1/2 of a pound of meat in all 3 dishes!! there was very few vegetables and a lot of sauce all for the price of $73.87!! i used to eat here once a week!! no more!! i will take my business elsewhere!! for the price of the food and the quality?? its way not worth it. yes i understand times are tough, but they are literally ripping people off at the highest level. if you choose to eat at this establishment, take notice of the price, and what comes on your plate. read more

Eaten dozens of meals here as I cruise the menu. No fumbles. My favorite is the shrimp chow mien (sp) with excellent hot tea. Always excellent service. The food and service has been so consistently good, I have recommended that they raise their prices (moderately) to coincide with the value they offer. The lunch menu is my favorite and I will soon try their sushi. The Bento boxes have been consistent with their excellent normal performance. Was not expecting a bento box style serving, a pleasant surprise. Wonton soup is a beef broth style, not chicken. Not bad and was good. I always have a bit of trepidation when ordering chicken from a Chinese restaurant as I hate fatty/grisly pieces. Not to be said here, chicken was quite good and good cuts. No coconut flavor at all with the typical Chinese stir fry staple of corn starch slurry to thicken like a gravy and chicken silkened to tenderize. I don't think the cook has ever had thai curries before. I also ordered the stir fried broccoli but asked for it to be steamed. They accommodated the request which was great. Otherwise, service was meh. The waiter asked if i wanted more water, when I said yes, took it and never came back. The broccoli came with, I'm guessing, fried rice which was flavored/colored with a bit of soy sauce and only had corn in it. Rather tasteless so I suggest sticking with white rice. Portions are huge. I hate giving poor reviews but this is tied for 2nd worst chinese I've ever had and I travel the country frequently for work. Spring roll was definitely frozen and tasted as such. Schezhwan chicken was a strange clump of skinless grilled chicken strips mixed with veggies and tossed in canola oil & soil sauce. It tasted like natural gas presumably from the wok it was cooked on. And the " fried rice" was nothing more than bland steamed with a tiny portion of egg & corn(?).
