Love this cozy restaurant/bar, this is my 3rd time here and the food is alway on point and they and so many different tap beer that is always fun and delicious! Tonight my waiters name is Trevor, and he's so personable and a total stud! read more

I have tried this place twice now and it's been great both times. Good food, over 60 beers on tap, not a bad seat in the house, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great place to watch the game or just hang out with friends! read more

First time being here and overall it was a good experience. Service was awesome. The place was nicely laid out and clean. Not too loud. Food was pretty good. Came out prompt and hit. Only draw back is I wanted a burger but they cook all their burgers medium well. First off there is no such thing as medium well.... That is called over cooked. Might as well serve beef jerky on a bun rather than ruin a burger. Will definitely come back. Great beers also! read more

Nice tap selection and good food... However. I've been here twice, and both times, food was luke warm, and beers were not cold enough. Service and vibe are great, but they need to figure out this issue. At todays prices this has to be fixed. read more

I ate at the Brass Tap after visiting some other unique spots in the complex. I do like Ole Smoky moonshine, and the table stand said, "Ask for their flavors." Sadly, flavors was flavor. I know Brass Tap. I should be ordering a pour but did not feel like that tonight. We stopped in for a bite anyway, so we looked over the menu. Nothing really jumped out as anything, not on any other bar & grill menu. I was a little surprised and disappointed not seeing any menu items featuring an ale or lager. Panko coated fish would be so much better as a beer battered item. Even the pretzel had a quest dip, not a beer cheese. The ancho tacos were very dry. The chips were good, but I don't suspect house made. The A V avocado burger wS a mess to eat but had a very good flavor. A definite knife and fork affair but taste was all there. I saw they had bbq sauce on most of their burgers, I was skeptical, but it has a sweet taste and not overpowering on the smoke. It makes a good pairing. Come for a beer and have a burger, is my opinion. It is a beer joint, so focus on that. read more

It's a new spot, so some things have to be worked out but this place is exactly what you'd expect. Good food, good drink selection and friendly service. They do need to figure out the wait system and inventory, a lot of items weren't available. They will improve in those areas and become a good neighborhood spot. read more

We came early on a Sat evening and were greeted with an army of servers and employees. Wasn't super busy but glad they had plenty of help. Service was good. We sat at the bar and requested a beer flight.... Bartenders choice and he was good and making selections! We gave him a few preferences and he nailed the choices. Typical bar food fair. pancho tots and wings were our guilty pleasures and we enjoyed them! Would come back. Great location with awesome outdoor area that I am sure gets packed during cooler months! read more

If you go here make sure Keara takes care of you. She is the best. Terrific service and very nice.

Great place to grab some delicious food and enjoy watching sports or just hanging out with good friends. Great liquor and beer selection. Great outdoor patio for the dogs to hang out on. Cannot recommend this place enough! read more

I went based on the ratings and the ratings were so off. First off the servers had no clue how to be servers. The attitude of two of them were so dull it was comical. I'm the most easy going patron but I'd recommend never coming here. The drinks were the best part of this place! Other than the drinks we ordered the wings and shared a hot honey pizza. The pizza was dominos at best lol. I'll never be coming back and will stick to blue 32 for bar food! I'm bummed because trying this place was my idea and I felt like it was the worst decision. read more

Sat. 3/2: My girlfriend and I decided to use my Brass Tap Groupon ticket. When I went to cash out, the manager (Lee) informed me that they would not honor my Groupon coupon. He was quite dismissive of my request to use it and would not provide a reason as to why not. I do NOT recommend this establishment. FYI, this is the first time I have ever entered a review on this site, thus, I do not take this lightly. read more

This location is AWESOME! Beautiful new bar, amazing dog friendly patio! Beers and food are REALLY good! Had the BBQ chicken pizza... yummm Friendly staff and food comes out nice and quick! We'll be back!!! read more

Really good burgers, beer is cold, pricing is average. No ambiance to speak of, I like a bar to be a little darker, this was like eating at a fast food burger joint It is just ok read more

We walked in with a 20+ top at 11 am on a Saturday (2/3/24) - thinking there's absolutely no way they are gonna seat us (dressed up in old lady costumes for a bday party), and immediately the manager and waitress began pulling tables together and accommodating us. The service was amazing - fast and organized - they even split tabs for us! Drinks and food were also great. I know there's always a lot of pressure on the kitchen when that happens but they handled/executed flawlessly. Great job! Thanks again to the staff who helped make this fun for all of us! read more

The service we got from Kierra was explicit and she was amazing. She recommended the Lemonade Sour and I couldn't be more happier with the drink I had to get three of them. We appreciate the service from Kierra, she made the ambience of the event we had stellar. read more

The restaurant isn't that big but having the patio is nice. The service was excellent and the food was good, there is an excellent selection of beer and a full bar. read more

Came in for a casual business dinner, and was impressed with the large selection of beer on tap not to mention the huge selection of bottles. They also had a full bar with a good selection of bourbon and scotch. The bartenders were both very personable, and really took care of us. The food was basic bar fare, but I would say a little above average. read more

Great vibe, great staff. The food is awesome. Get the BOOM BOOM shrimp. The owners are so welcoming. Food is fabulous and service is even better Julie was Fantastic read more

To the owners of Brass Tap... You need a better system for bartenders to find their beers. Maybe use a number system so they would be more efficient finding beers with numbers. Service was also sub-par... you might need more staff. With a better system and more staff - you will do more business. With less... you will do less. read more

Our servers Alyssa, Jazlyn and Julie are the most amazing servers you could ask for. The location on Recker and William's field. They have the best customer service and are so friendly. My family's and I just recently started coming here and they have made it a place we want to continuously come back to!! read more

I had the bbq bacon burger and had a bite of the fried chicken sandwich, both were pretty good. I'd go back. Waiter was great and had a large beer selection too. read more

Great selection of bar food and appetizers. Large outdoor patio area. Super attentive nice and friendly staff. We ordered cheese curds for an app. I had the Chicken Sandwich w/ Nashville Dry Rub. Wife ordered the Blackberry Brie Grilled Cheese. Wonderful selection of draft beers. The biggest issue was the temperature of the beer 42° degrees doesn't cut it needs to be 35° or lower. Also need to work on keeping the breading on the chicken sandwich as soon as I bit in I was losing the flavored breading off the chicken. read more

Food was decent-we might have just ordered wrong-getting burgers. Ambiance was chill. Location is great. Would recommend for drinks and appetizers. read more

We went last night to play trivia. It was only on one tv so it was difficult to play since you need to see the tv to read the questions. I know it was Thursday Night Football but the volume was so loud that people had to literally scream at each other. I visited last month and the volume was also way too loud so I am guessing this is the norm. Our server was phenomenal! We had the classic pizza which was fine but had a lot of air bubbles so it seemed like we were just eating dough. The beer menu is extensive. I found I had to Google quite a few since there was no description. If I return, it will be to sit outside where it is not so loud. read more

Good food, good service, had our fantasy draft here with Emily she's awesome. Great parking.

Service was fair, food okay! Nice patio! Nice location in Cooley verde station! We will try it out again!

I have been to Brass Tap twice now and both times it was great. Fantastic beer options and food has been great. Really like the brisket tacos and pizza. Service has been great each time. Alyssa was our server the last time we went and she was fantastic. This will be our go to sports bar going forward. read more

The food was awful. Started with the Boom Boom Shrimp. Sounded good. Nope! I actually couldn't tell it was shrimp. Way to much breading. The sauce was bleh. Then on to my cheeseburger. Something you can't screw up, right? Nope, it was a frozen patty, cooked very well done. Any fast food burger would have been better. The chicken club wrap featured dry chicken with some iceberg lettuce. Hard to choke down. Cold fries. But, the service was good. read more

The food was horrible. The Brussel sprouts were raw and tasted horrible. The place was full of flys. We will never go there again.

Lots of beers, good patio space when it's not 127 degrees out, music I feel should be more dialed into 80s, 90s, alternative but what do I know... read more

Oh man, if you want ON POINT service, Alyssa H. Delivered. First, her knowledge of beers on tap is impressive. She recommended Mason Beer Zombies Come Out to Haze. The beer was amazing and she kept them coming, the food order for a big group was correct and prompt. If you care about customer service, go see Alyssa and you won't be disappointed. read more

Great atmosphere, great service , Calista our server was awesome!! the best venue in Gilbert to watch a game.

Very nice place...T Money was awesome. They have a lot of beers on tap. Highly recommend!

T money is the nicest waitstaff at the bar. the wait time is like 3 seconds. love it. highly recommend this place

We love this place. Great beer selection and T Money took great care of use!!! We didn't have food but it smelled good!! Fun place!!!

This is my 3rd try with the new Brass Tap and I guess it's time to stop trying. I'm just not impressed. I live 5 mins away, location is perfect, ambiance is fine, but not great. They have 6 tops (all high tops) in the middle of the room, but the two tops are regular height, so if feels weird sitting there all low to the ground while everyone else is elevated. There were two high tops with only 1 person sitting there, because sitting under everyone else feels uncomfortable, they chose to take a table for 6, even though they were alone. Can't say I blame them. 1 biggest problem is BEER IS NOT COLD ENOUGH. Wake up! 99% of beer drinkers in America like ice cold beer. Sure, a few super snooty beer snobs want their porters warmer... fine, pour those and leave them on the table for 10 minutes if you want a not-so-cold beer, but for the rest of 'merica, give us ice cold beer or we will go to the 30 other places within 20 minutes that do serve ice cold beer. Also, I drink craft beer daily. Literally, every day. This is the first craft beer menu I have ever seen without any description of the beers on tap. All you get is name and ABV. They don't include IBU on any of the IPA's (crazy!) and zero description of the beer itself. It's as if the person who put together the beer menu has never had a beer before, certainly not craft beer which needs describing. With only a name and a price, who would want to try a $9 beer based on a name alone?!? So strange. Food: pizza is not too bad at all, but I have to say, the people making pizzas do not understand the very basic concept of evenly spreading out toppings. 4 pieces of my pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni on them and NO CHEESE. Why? Huge bubbles form during cooking, and the inexperienced cooks didn't know you need to pop them quickly otherwise, as the big bubble rises, the cheese and toppings slide off. Common sense in a pizzeria, but the kids cooking here just don't have the experience to pay attention to detail. Paid $14 for two tacos, they were okay, but I won't order them again. The chips came from a bag and the salsa in a tiny little side-cup tasted like it came from a can. Not good, just very average. In an area with lots of good food, tons of craft beer, I think this place is missing all the little details that make a place great. read more
