Great customer service!…read more Our car broke down today on I-65 while we were on our way to our vacation destination. We do have AAA, and Thank God for that. Our service provider was Wilson's 24 Hour Towing out of Crawfordsville, IN. They were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The Dispatcher was more helpful than the AAA representative (and she did a good job), but this guy was top notch. Our driver, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. It was good to be in the company of a fellow Marine Corps Veteran, and he knew how to get our minds off of our car drama and just connect with my wife and I like human beings. I'm a High School Principal and my wife is a Human Resources Executive and I'm telling you that this guy has great interpersonal skills. He could literally run for political office. Total time spent was 1 hour and 6 minutes, yet they charged us a full 2 hours. The total charge for this support was completely out of line. I called and asked them to revisit the charges and the guy declined and was rather rude. We will never use this company again. My advice is to seek help elsewhere.

After a nail biting 20 min, I barely made it to Casey's, not even knowing what state, much less town, I was in, tire completely flat by the time I parked. The girls in the store tried to help me find help, but everything was closed. I called AAA, who were USELESS. I considered paying the hefty fee for a tow to Crawfordsville, but everything there was also closed. I pondered leaving the car and walking to a hotel, but nothing was in walking distance. I resigned myself to just sleeping in my car w my dogs overnight and waiting for shops to open in the morning, when upon checking Yelp for the 3rd time, his listing popped up. He answered immediately, came over to inspect my car, drove back to his shop to get a portable air pump to fill my tire temporarily just enough so I could drive to his shop, then patched my tire, good as new, and SO SO reasonable. He was super kind to my pups as well. I was so filled up by his kindness during the rest of my drive home. Then, to my surprise, I saw an incoming phone call from IN and wondered if I had dropped something or screwed up somehow on my road trip, and it was Mark, calling to make sure I had gotten safely to my destination.
