10/15/21-------------- Thought my car just needed a jump & that my cables were bad. Ended up being a much more serious problem and they unfortunately were not able to help me out. However, they took time out of their day to come out, in the rain and at least try. I believe the mechanic's name was Jeff- he was a super nice guy and honestly so sympathetic to me. I was a mess, stuck 2 hours from home and he was so so nice. They were also the only place within range of where I was that could be there in a timely fashion- everywhere else was quoting at least an hour and a half wait. Joeys was also able to accomodate my parking- I was parked on the 3rd floor of a garage and the other places wouldn't go that high. Not enough good things to say about them, I would definitely use them again in the future if needed. UPDATE 10/26/21-------------- After ultimately deciding the best option was to have the dealership service my vehicle, I called numerous places in Lafayette to have my vehicle towed. I didn't initially call Joeys only because I wasn't positive that they were able to tow. After other places quoting me 2-3 days to even be able to get to me, I gave Joeys a shot and was pleasantly surprised. They would tow my vehicle, and sent a gentleman by the name of Ryan. He arrived in less than an hour and had the vehicle loaded within 20 minutes. Highly highly recommend Joeys- and I've learned to for sure skip the other places that come up on google when searching for a tow company. I will always call Joeys first. I walked out of an appt late Friday afternoon and found my car was leaking oil all over the sidewalk in front of it. I called my insurance company and they told me they were sending Joey's towing to pick up my car to take to my mechanic's shop. Joey's office called right away and let me know they were on the way. The office and Levi were both very courteous and helpful. Once Levi pushed the car back so he could hook it up to the tow truck, he actually got down and looked under it and told me that my oil filter had been crushed and that's probably what was causing the leak. He also cleaned up the oil on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. Instead of towing it to my mechanic and having to wait until Monday for them to check it out, he towed it across the street to an oil change service for me. He stayed a few minutes until the manager looked at it and agreed that it probably was the problem. He saved me a lot of time and trouble and I didn't have to go without a car all weekend!!! Joey's Enterprises is pretty similar to Jimmy Johns motto- freaky fast! Each time I've needed a tow, including waiting on insurance with 4 children in the car in the hot summer with a 3 hour wait time, they have been there within minutes of the call. * Levi was the BIGGEST help with our latest car issue. We had been wronged by an automotive shop and were required to take the vehicle back home to sit until my husband recovered from his 33 day ICU stay following covid. I wouldn't have had my vehicle for months due to the recent cost of the transmission rebuild (poorly performed). Levi brought the vehicle to my home, heard our story, offered his word on a public reference, as well as towed it to that business free of charge. He was professional and motivated to help. This morning my daughter had her vehicles serpentine belt break on her way to work. Thankfully she has roadside assistance and an extremely reliable and professional man named Cody, called to let me know he was on his way! When he arrived he was very friendly and helpful, it's obvious he cared about the situation and even said he was sorry that happened to her! He towed it back to her home and even made sure he parked it exactly where it needed to be. I thanked him for his help and he even said he hoped the day gets better! Cody is definitely someone that works hard for the company and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company based on my excellent experience and the kindness of Cody! On Saturday, April 30 I was in Lafayette Indiana on business. When I came out of an appointment, I found that my jeep would not start. I was on 465 mile marker 50.1 headed home from work when my 2001 Pontiac Aztec check engine light started blinking and it started losing power. I freaked out. Called my dad who said I'm going to call Joey. I had several tow companies say they would tie my car for $400 plus but Joey said without me telling them about the others they would charge me $350 to tow from Indy, IN to Lafayette, IN. I moved to Lafayette about 9 months ago never had to get tow service however when I did I called Joey's Enterprise Services.. the best tow service I have had the dispatcher told me that they will be to my car in 45 minuets however they were here in about 20 got the job done in about ten.. He even helped us push our vehicle to where we wanted it in our driveway. He was very polite and made a stressful situation a pleasant experience for me. I highly recommend using Joey's Enterprise, My small SUV recently broke down on interstate 65. I made a call to my insurance agency and informed them of my issues and they were on point! A tow truck driver(Ryan) was there within an hour and immediately hooked up my SUV. I had a destroyed tire on Interstate 65, and needed an off-the-road tow. I was hours away from any family that could help. Joeys dispatched a truck to me, and he arrived in under an hour. The tow driver (Matt?) was friendly and fast! Got my car to a tire shop before they closed, and helped get me back on my way!
