After waiting…read morenearly an hour I called back to my first call which was Zores Wrecker Service to be told "we'll have a driver to you ASAP" 50mins prior, to "we don't have an eta and it'll be over an hour to get to you " with the sound of uncertainty. I called an audible and canceled and contacted Bob's Towing and their number given to me by state police being that I'm a retiree. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and told me that Zores didn't have a flatbed truck in the Zionsville area as they, Bob's tows for them and they never got a call from them to assist me. She said as soon as her driver loads up his ramps to get my car on the truck he should be there in 30mins. I could tell in her voice she knew this was an urgent run after I expressed I was fighting to get to work on time prior to the tire service. Well right around the 25-30min mark, that fluorescent green flatbed tow truck could. E seen at Oak and Ford Rd. Jordin the driver called me on my cell and the rest is history. He used great care in loading my car and delivering it to the Big O tire shop on west 86th Street. He and I had great conversation to the shop and he thanked me for the business and I thanked him for his time and professionalism in handling my car. I really appreciate what Bob's did for me and highly recommend them for any roadside assistance, in particularly getting you off the road to a service needed.

Our service provider was Wilson's 24 Hour Towing out of Crawfordsville, IN. They were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The Dispatcher was more helpful than the AAA representative (and she did a good job), but this guy was top notch. Our driver, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. It was good to be in the company of a fellow Marine Corps Veteran, and he knew how to get our minds off of our car drama and just connect with my wife and I like human beings. I'm a High School Principal and my wife is a Human Resources Executive and I'm telling you that this guy has great interpersonal skills. He could literally run for political office. (This was critical - the insurance agent had provided an incorrect location information.) After his call he was there in 30 minutes and provided us with excellent advise and service We were able to check-in our car for repair service and got transportation to get us home late Saturday evening.
