On my way to Crawfordsville to visit family I had a tire go flat. Roadside assistance came and swapped it out for my spare but told me I couldn't go very far on it. I was able to get to Crawfordsville and ended up at Surb's Tire the next morning. I got there a few minutes before they opened and there were already a couple of people in front of me. I sat down on the curb outside after being told it would take about 45 minutes. 15 minutes or so later someone came out and grabbed my car and took it back, and about 15-20 minutes later my car was done. It was about $20 to repair the tire, but they took off the spare and put it back in its storage space and made sure I was good to go. Great experience.. even though I hadn't planned on spending time getting a tire repaired! read more

Can't recommend Surb's highly enough! On Monday I was moving cross country from Chicago to North Carolina. Partway in Indiana, my tire went flat beyond repair. We realized that the spare was also completely flat. John from Surb's met us on the highway, filled the spare with air and led us back to his shop where the staff quickly replaced my tire at a fantastic price and had me on my way in no time. Not only that, but two hours out of town, we realized we had forgotten to grab the spare wheel. After partially unpacking the car just to check, we saw that they had put the spare back in. Which meant they would have completely unpacked my car, put the spare back in, and repacked it perfectly including my delicate cello and many valuables. I am so impressed and thankful for their efficiency and kindness. read more

Surb's is great! I went in for an alignment and the previous tire shop that fixed a tire "cross threaded" a nut on my tire. It caused the stud on my tire to break off! John had the guys fix it, aligned and ROTATED my car! Believe me, if you knew the price, every other car shop in town would be out of business! That's guys! You rock! read more

I walked into Surb's 10 minutes before they closed, I had no idea what was wrong with my tire. I apologized for walking in right before they closed. The man that helped me said it was ok and asked how he could help me. I told him I didn't know what was wrong with my tire but that it was leaking air. I asked if they had time to look at it. He told me he would look at it and fix it. They were all very friendly even though I was there past their closing time. The cost was also very cheap! They fixed my mother's car after she hit a curb and tore a few pieces up, but good!!!! We ended up turning it into insurance and by the time the work was done, they saved me some money so my total out of pocket with some extra work they did was about $200 on a $2200 bill.
