Great customer service!…read more Our car broke down today on I-65 while we were on our way to our vacation destination. We do have AAA, and Thank God for that. Our service provider was Wilson's 24 Hour Towing out of Crawfordsville, IN. They were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The Dispatcher was more helpful than the AAA representative (and she did a good job), but this guy was top notch. Our driver, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. It was good to be in the company of a fellow Marine Corps Veteran, and he knew how to get our minds off of our car drama and just connect with my wife and I like human beings. I'm a High School Principal and my wife is a Human Resources Executive and I'm telling you that this guy has great interpersonal skills. He could literally run for political office. We made it home safely, thanks to Craig and Wilson's 24 Hour Towing. I'm also a Wabash College Alum, and it good to throw some business to a Crawfordsville establishment. If you're in the Tippecanoe County area and need automotive assistance, please contact Wilson's 24 Hour Towing! They're a top tier organization!

Total time spent was 1 hour and 6 minutes, yet they charged us a full 2 hours. The total charge for this support was completely out of line. I called and asked them to revisit the charges and the guy declined and was rather rude. We will never use this company again. My advice is to seek help elsewhere.

The reason for the rating is because our Honda oddessy 2016 had battery power loss. They ran all tests and checked codes etc. my key fob got a new battery. Evidently when I checked the battery it must have gone bad. Anyway they tried many things to duplicate the battery drain. They found all battery drain is within the guidelines. The charge for the many hours they had it was $60. I know for a fact that the dealership would charge a minimum of $150. Just to hook up the computer checking device. I asked the service person if they can fix all problems that many say the dealership can only do, she said yes. Only thing they can't do is recalls.

Their ETA was 1 1/2 to 2 hours, which was understandable given the distance and timing. However, 2 1/2 hours later they had not showed up and it was then after midnight. I called their direct line 3-4 times. They did not answer, and their voice mail box was full. Luckily we were able to get another tow, much quicker. The Boys Roadside had ZERO customer service for my awful dilemma. I would give them zero stars or even try to take away stars from them if Yelp would allow it. DO NOT USE THEM!!

We are first time Tesla owners and did not have the front end wrapped when we took delivery, after a few months, we had more chips and dings in the front end and it looked horrible. It has been 6 weeks since I had PPF installed on 2 cars, I waited in order to give a review with…read moresome time behind it instead of just giving first impressions. Everything you have read in the other reviews as far as Roderick's professionalism, upbeat positive attitude, and willingness to work with your schedule is true but as positive as that is it isn't what is really important. First the Lumar film had me worried but after some lengthy internet research I found it was rated as one of the three manufacturers you want installed and Lumar was the only hydrophobic PPF. The research also showed me that the installer is actually the most important factor. First impression I couldn't tell anything was installed and 6 weeks later I still can't unless I look where I know I can find a seam (Did not get car fully covered). I do see where rocks have hit the car over 6 weeks but see no paint chipping. Like most people I don't give reviews often and when I do it's usually to warn people so when I give a good review it's because the service went above and beyond. Since I first wrote this review and posted it at the wrong business (review was removed), I dented one of my cars with a luggage cart and called for a reference for paintless dent repair, well they do that too. They had me come in the next business day and made the dents disappear giving me a little more time with a flawless new car (until someone gives me a fresh dent).
