I had a partial tint done to my front windshield, after I got my car back and I got in it, I noticed a razor blade in my cup holder that was laying on its side. The inside of the car was very dirty, the dashboard had a bunch of water spots, I sat in my car and noticed stuff on my radio that was never there before. The chemicals they used tore off some of the film on my touch screen radio. I noticed this and went in, one of the workers came out with some cleaner, he told me to talk to the owner. I talked to the owner and the owner said that it was wear and tear because my vehicle is a 2013 but it wasn't there when I took it in. They showed me a video of them putting a drape over the stereo then I requested to see the video of the removal of the old tint on my windshield and I haven't received it. I asked for my money back and the owners are insisting that it isn't their fault and they told me to google why the spots were on my radio. Like just own up to your mistake and on top of that one of the workers told me that the owners decided that they wouldn't give me my money back because "they aren't responsible." The damage wasn't there before so my radio didn't magically wear in a hour timespan. They are very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help. I highly don't recommend going to this place, it is a waste of money and time.

The insurance company wanted me to choose from a list of pre-approved shops and this one was on the list. After I chose this collision center, the insurance company did all the hard work. All I had to do was choose a time to drop off my car. I dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon and picked it up exactly one week later. When I dropped it off all I had to do was sign a couple forms and show a representative the damage so she could circle the dents and write down any notes. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints! They even matched the paint of the new parts to the rest of the car since it is an older car. What's also nice about this shop is that there's an Enterprise office just inside. The insurance company put me in a rental car for the whole week and I didn't have to do much work for that either. The whole process was super easy! Upon pickup, I was given a sheet with all the repairs, replacements, and labor costs all broken down even though insurance covered it. Both times, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
