Over ten years I took four different vehicles in for service, and never had poor treatment. There has been a lot of continuity with their management, and Tom and Misty do a fantastic job listening to you and then communicating with you as the process unfolds. Service is quick, and I typically got everything taken care of without a reservation. Reservation only needed if major repair needed. Another thing that needs to be recognized is that these folks never try to put one past you. A number of times I thought I had an issue, and they found nothing was wrong, called me back quickly, and gave me my keys with no charge. Hence, I came to have total trust and went there for a long time. Prices were once dirt cheap, but have gone up to average. Even so, well worth patronizing

They will say they did even though 3 people outside of Walmart can testify they didn't put the socket in the vehicle. These are locking lug nuts. They also rounded out 25% of the lug nuts and claimed somehow it was my fault. Go somewhere professional, instead of trying to "save" a buck with then, in the long run it's not worth it.

Called on the phone to see if they were busy if they could see if my tire has a nail. Thomas the manager said sure come on in. We'll work you right in I get over here and I'm less sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes when I checked in another guy was upfront. Acted like he knew nothing about me bringing my car in fact when I tried to check in, he left me sitting there while he called multiple people on the phone as I stood there waiting. I approached Thomas and said when I called on the phone you said that if I drove over here You could get my car in and look at my tire. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to come to this location. He acted like a whipped dog and didn't even respond to me. I think they've grown too much they have too much business and they don't appreciate the customers who have spent their money with this business . There is a tire place on every corner. They are not the only choice. When I called all he had to do was say that he was too busy to get me hand in a timely fashion. I won't be buying any more tires from this place. Sad, but it has been my go to place. I think discount tire gives much better service do not patronize this business.
