They were snotty to my husband about where we parked (there are "stop" lines painted on the asphalt right outside the office, but no stop sign, so we figured that's where they wanted us to leave the car before they pulled it in), and then told him an hour and a half. We high-tailed it out of there and down the road to Jiffy Lube. They got us in and out (AND vacuumed the car and cleaned the windows) in FIFTEEN MINUTES. And they were super nice.
