If it's not in stock they order it for you and it is usually there by the end of the day or the next day. This was no exception. They have a huge assortment of parts in store and, unless you have an uncommon vehicle, they probably stock your part. Love the consistency of this organization and love the convenience of just having to go to one store for all my vehicle needs.

However,…read morewhen I took my 2020 Tahoe in to have the battery checked, the woman that was working, came out with her battery checker, and was trying to check my battery inside the fuse box. She proceeded to tell me that she could not check my battery because my fuses were on top of the battery. Turns out, the battery was on the other side of the vehicle. So, I called my son he came and jumped my vehicle to get it started again, and I drove it to advanced auto parts in Danville, where they were able to check my battery, and even though they were unable to replace the battery for me, they sent me to Indy lube in Danville, and they were able to quickly change my battery! Point being, they should not have people working there come out and check your battery if they don't know enough about a car to know where the battery is. They may end up doing more damage to your car then you already have.

This location is small so if you're looking for a store full of 3$ junk knickknacks I would go down…read morethe street. If you're looking for a real parts store this is it. These guys go above and beyond. If you need advice they can help or at least point you in the right direction. They won't try to up-sell you on crap you don't need. If I had known that you could rent a golf cart to go in the yard instead of pushing a wheelbarrow around a 6 football field sized yard filled with 100's of cars I would have done so. Noted. But all the vehicle's were elevated so getting under them was easy. There were engine lifts out there i didn't have to use one so I don't know what or how someone would go about borrowing one. But they have them. The parts are very reasonable and if you are in the tires or batteries, pretty much anything else that you could want or need for a vehicle they have it.

Also, if you are looking to get a big part, or a bunch of parts, they have wheelbarrows you can use, or golf carts you can rent for $5/hr ($20 deposit). The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.
