From January 2022 to February 2023 Don's Garage made several misdiagnoses and replaced parts wrong and unnecessarily. They ripped me off for $900+. I finally has my vehicle repaired properly and professionally by Jone's Garage. I am contemplating suing Don's Garage. He needs to be closed and run out if town. Yelp needs to allow a zero stars rating. I finally feel safe and confident that my 2010 Ford Escape will get me where I need to go. read more

The U Haul business was closed, but she'd taken her work phone home on purpose, anticipating DePauw students with emergency needs. He worked on my car before and did a great job! My windshield wiper quit working on a night it was raining so hard I couldn't see where I had to pull over and wait for an hour an a half, I ended up staying the night at my sons because it was closer than my house. I woke up the next day took it to Don and he told me what it was and it was 10:00 am and I had an eye appointment at 10:30 am and he said he couldn't get it done in time but I needed to get them fix so he took me to my eye appointment and not only that he brought my car back to the eye doctors and dropped it off so when my appointment was over my car was there. I just love Don to pieces and he is proof that there are still good people left out in this world!!! :) read more

Always fair or better than fair, never felt overcharged and when they could stop and take care of my small stuff, they do. Advised me on things like "Go for quality, not always does Walmart have the best parts." Only time I felt unhappy when I left that place was when it was the old Andy Mohr shop and they ripped everybody off. He quoted my daughter a price and the job turned out to be slightly more complex. Don still charged the same price! If you have a Depauw student and need an honest Mechanic I would send them here. I would give 5 stars but since the job was simple I held it back one star. I bet others would have charged more based on the type of car it was. read more
