They were snotty to my husband about where we parked (there are "stop" lines painted on the asphalt right outside the office, but no stop sign, so we figured that's where they wanted us to leave the car before they pulled it in), and then told him an hour and a half. We high-tailed it out of there and down the road to Jiffy Lube. They got us in and out (AND vacuumed the car and cleaned the windows) in FIFTEEN MINUTES. And they were super nice. You can only deal with so many a**holes in a day. Don't waste any of yours on this Walmart auto center.

I am from California and this Auto Zone treated me the EXACT same way the ones in California do! You need something and they will get it for you. If it's not in stock they order it for you and it is usually there by the end of the day or the next day. This was no exception. They have a huge assortment of parts in store and, unless you have an uncommon vehicle, they probably stock your part. They advertise that they can check your battery for free and even replace it for free!! However,…read morewhen I took my 2020 Tahoe in to have the battery checked, the woman that was working, came out with her battery checker, and was trying to check my battery inside the fuse box. She proceeded to tell me that she could not check my battery because my fuses were on top of the battery. Turns out, the battery was on the other side of the vehicle. So, I called my son he came and jumped my vehicle to get it started again, and I drove it to advanced auto parts in Danville, where they were able to check my battery, and even though they were unable to replace the battery for me, they sent me to Indy lube in Danville, and they were able to quickly change my battery! Point being, they should not have people working there come out and check your battery if they don't know enough about a car to know where the battery is. They may end up doing more damage to your car then you already have.
