The prices are a little outrageous, and maybe that's just because I'm not some super wealthy individual. But I can't justify spending over $100 on a shirt for my 2 or 6 year old nieces. Then comes the service. Everytime I come in to look around I'm faced with two scenarios: 1. They think I'm stealing and hound me like a hawk. 2. They treat me like there's no way I could afford anything in their store, so I become leper-zoned. It really ruins the experience for me, making it difficult to ever want to actually splurge on anything they sell there.

I returned a couple of items that we didn't end up using with no trouble at all. My only complaint might be the limited sizes available. There were dresses and shoes I would have purchased, but they did not have my daughter's size in stock. However, it's a small store with only so much room for stock.
