I placed my order with enough time to receive a response about their inability to fill the order but did not hear from them until the day of delivery. They could have let me know immediately if they couldn't fulfill it. At first customer service said it was a delivery problem. 2 hours later it was that the store was closed!!!!! "Customer Service" was likely an overseas call center who just kept repeating their line in different ways, never answering my questions or helping in any way. I told them they should be embarrassed to work for this company. They offered a delivery for the next day (too late) and I said I'd accept it if they fulfilled their guarantee (gave me a refund with a late deliver). They only offered $10 off, then $20 and then upped it to $35, for a $140. order!!! I canceled the order all together. Stay away from this company! You're better off finding a field full of wildflowers or picking up some flowers from a grocery store!

It's a nice bright space with lots of local vendors. They had 3 food trucks out back. Just exit the back door in the event space. They also had Polish Cottage inside making food. There is a small area of children's books and gifts, a larger area of women's clothing, a candy counter with an amazing selection of fudge and chocolates, house plant supplies and seasonal home decor. I was fascinated by the Victorian-era antiques, but most are not for sale, just display. Prices are on the high side, but inline with an upscale boutique. The isles and each area are clearly marked, which helps reduce search time. I was looking for unique Christmas containers, wrapping paper plus organizanal kitchen solutions. I found many phenomenal ideas, but unfortunately, my cabinets aren't conducive to most of the exceptional products I saw. On a positive note, I found many containers that will improve my linen and bedroom closets, along with my kitchen areas. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly as I was browsing. They were stocking shelves and building displays with boxes out of the isleways. I ran out of time quickly, but I'll return to select the perfect items that will organize my overstuffed closets and cabinets. I'm very happy with the amazing selection, showing examples of how to use many items and the enthusiasm of the staff. I'll be returning soon to begin my projects. Fantastic store!
