The store definitely smelled stale, but some of the items were clearly new. The style of clothing was outdated, in my opinion, but they did have a nice selection of shoes. The main issue that I had was that the used, non-designer shoes were overpriced. I didn't see anything under $29.90. The staff didn't acknowledge us on our way in or on our way out. This is typical of boutiques so I can tolerate that, though it's really annoying . Much worse, the dressing rooms did not have individual mirrors! You had to come out to an area where there was a half wall to see yourself in the community mirror. Which then prompted the sales person to turn around from the cash register and comment on every every single piece I tried on. It was like she was in my dressing room! No privacy!! Not to mention the fact that the space wasn't private because the wall is only half so even a semblance of privacy was not available to me. Perhaps people want a little more privacy to view things on their own body before being commented on and observed. I won't be back until I've heard that has changed.

The shop offers a wide array of trendy jewelry, clothing, fragrances and more. The store manager, Luana, is friendly and welcoming and very proud of the offerings at the shop. They carry locally manufactured fragrances from Ambre based in Broad Ripple. They have a large assortment if Brighton jewelry in addition to several other designer jewelry lines. There were many beautiful and trendy sweaters, names I didn't recognize but another shopper seemed excited about. The sign said "no need to worry, we have gift certificates" so you can rest better. Luana mention free gift wrapping over $50. Check it out! Ps parking is always a bear downtown. But we always find something on a side street.

Both times I've gone to Mckinzi who is so great!! She's left my hair being exactly what I wanted to be! It is super great about giving me tips on how to keep it healthy and happy! She does an amazing job!! Not to mention the whole inside of the boutique and salon is so calming and so cute. I feel like I'm just on a happy BoHo cloud. It's so nice!!! The clerks are friendly and offered assistance. They were happy to do a short hold in merchandise. Parking is challenging to annoying at Clay Terrace. We parked way out and it was freezing outside.

The order never went through. I kept waiting. I went to the cashier and she told me she must have sent the order to the wrong email. She called the guest education center and they had to cancel the order and I had to wait ten minutes more for funds to come back on the gift card that I used. The clerk who was nice , Catherine , did apologize. The manager , Lauren , came to the checkout. She never nice apologized to me for the 35 minute inconvenience which made me late to another appt. I wanted to order a jacket in a 4 and Lauren would not match the online price to the price Lulu had in the store. I did not appreciate how she responded to the error the first check out girl did. And she did not offer to do anything to make a bad situation better. Very poor customer service in my opinion by Lauren who needs more training and emotional intelligence. The lululemon at Clay Terrace is nothing to praise. I rarely visit this store as the management does not care about employees at all. They are almost rude and don't have a high level of customer service at all. The Keystone one is way better. No wonder Lulu is losing so many customers to Alo and Vuori and Athleta as the customer service is better. This one at Clay Terrace is not ideal. I'd go to Keystone.
