Both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor of it. Yes it was soggy but it did not affect the flavor! The pickup time was about fifteen to twenty minutes later. I went inside to let them know I had just placed an order. The store was empty except for staff. A young woman greeted me and said she was working on the sandwiches. I waited, spoke briefly with another employee, and looked around. Soon, my order was ready. The young woman told me the sandwich with extra tomatoes was on top. I thought she might also mention no ham, but she did not. I checked the bag before leaving, opened the one she pointed out, and thought it looked right. I tied the bag back up and left. At home, I planned to give one sandwich to my son and save mine for lunch the next day. I was a little hungry and decided to take a bite. Before I did, I checked again because both sandwiches looked exactly the same. That is when I saw they both had ham. I was upset. I checked the time, saw the store was still open, and called.
