I met with Ms. Julie for my Prenatal Massage, and she was just as sweet and nice as all the other staff members. She made me feel so comfortable and asked me several times throughout my massage if I felt comfortable and if the pressure she was using was too much or not enough. The massage room was very clean, had dim relaxing lighting, and soothing music playing. The bathroom (which I had to use twice, due to baby squirming around lol) was modernly updated and extremely clean. My mother saw Ms. Natalie for her massage and had nothing but wonderful things to say when we met up again afterwards. Awesome place, awesome staff, will definitely be coming back again after baby is born! Thank you for such a relaxing, and tranquil experience. I have only had lashes and brow wax/tint done here, no other services. She also does a great job on my eyebrows! Also, I bring along my infant and most times my mother can come to watch her. But this most recent time she wasn't able to come with me. Lola was very patient when my daughter began crying. Heather and Lola offered to help and let me take my time feeding her, changing her, and calming her down. They were very accommodating in this regard, which I really appreciate.

This salon is located in a nondescript strip mall. The salon is very clean and there's a small play area for both employee's and customer's children. They have a HUGE selection of gel and standard polishes, chrome and other nail finishes (but I'm basic, lol). The staff is super friendly. I called ahead but told to come anytime and I was able to walkin, though they did get busy while I was there. I like that they offer Sunday hours and (at least on Sundays) plenty of easy parking. My pedi & mani were done by the same person. I really liked the fact that they did the main and pedi separately, vs rushing the process with two techs working on you at the same time. Like the rest of the staff, my tech was really nice. My gel pedicure was great. But when it came to my fingernails, it seemed like the tech had no idea how to trim and file short nails. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The leg and hand massages were meh. And although there's signage asking customers to keep cell calls to a minimum so as to ensure a peaceful experience for others, one of the employees (sitting in one of the pedi chairs) was blaring a video on her phone. The price, before tipping, was $90 for two standard shellac main/pedi services. All-in-all, an okay experience but will try out a few other places before determining my permanent salon.

IN ABSOLUTE SHOCK!! BEWARE!! My husband booked a Valentine's Day package for me so my massage was…read moreon February 15th at 4:45. I arrived to the spa at 4:05. When I walked in I was asked if I needed to use the restroom and then someone had walked into the restroom so I was told to sit down in the front. In the package it says to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy mimosas and sweet treats. I did not get taken back to the relaxation room until I stood up and said something. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. I didn't know that I wasn't entitled to leave a review of my experience and because I did I will not be helped. Absolute insanity. Worst customer service and WORST "spa" I've ever been to. Stay away from this horrid place.
