So so bad. so going into this appointment, a few weeks before my wedding, I was terrified. From the moment I met Ally, she completely put me at ease. She was so friendly, patient, and listened to every single concern and worry I had. I was very upfront that I'm on tretinoin and that I use a tanning bed, and Ally was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful about it. She adjusted her approach, chose threading instead of waxing, and it completely changed the game for me. I usually break out after waxing my brows, and this time I had zero irritation whatsoever. My brows turned out exactly how I hoped. Beautiful, clean, and natural. I will absolutely be going back to Ally and highly, highly recommend her, just like so many of the other reviews do.

Once Nadine arrived and brought her expertise on Laser hair removal (face) for African-American skin, I immediately saw the best results!!! This salon is located in a nondescript strip mall. The salon is very clean and there's a small play area for both employee's and customer's children. They have a HUGE selection of gel and standard polishes, chrome and other nail finishes (but I'm basic, lol). The staff is super friendly. I called ahead but told to come anytime and I was able to walkin, though they did get busy while I was there. I like that they offer Sunday hours and (at least on Sundays) plenty of easy parking. My pedi & mani were done by the same person. I really liked the fact that they did the main and pedi separately, vs rushing the process with two techs working on you at the same time. Like the rest of the staff, my tech was really nice. My gel pedicure was great. But when it came to my fingernails, it seemed like the tech had no idea how to trim and file short nails. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The leg and hand massages were meh. And although there's signage asking customers to keep cell calls to a minimum so as to ensure a peaceful experience for others, one of the employees (sitting in one of the pedi chairs) was blaring a video on her phone. The price, before tipping, was $90 for two standard shellac main/pedi services. All-in-all, an okay experience but will try out a few other places before determining my permanent salon.

I arrived about 10 minutes before about my appointment and was able to park right in front of the salon. I was greeted warmly by Jenna upon arrival when I checked in. My hair was in pretty rough shape, and Chelsea and I discussed what I requested ( at length) and gave me her recommendations as soon as I sat in her chair. What a lovely young lady she is. She did a remarkable job considering what she had to work with ( I had not done my hair for almost a full year). She is polite, professional, kind l, patient and competent. I will be back in July and look forward to building a relationship with her as my new stylist and Magnolia Jane as my new salon.

They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. I didn't know that I wasn't entitled to leave a review of my experience and because I did I will not be helped. Absolute insanity. Worst customer service and WORST "spa" I've ever been to. Stay away from this horrid place.

I am an LMT so can be a tough customer but had no complaints and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely plan ahead on my next visit to Jacksonville so I can get a longer session!
