Chicken wings and mini nachos
Pascale S.

Boardroom is such a fun sports bar! I came here with friends to watch the first NBA finals game. I got their boneless wings with buffalo sauce. They came with ranch and the chicken portion was substantial!! Almost couldn't finish these, but they were so good and the buffalo sauce was delicious! I also got the mini nachos from their happy hour menu, but these were anything but mini. The portion of these was also very generous and I couldn't finish them. They came loaded up with beans, cheese, pickled onions and peppers. These were really good too! There were lots of TVs inside and also TVs outside too. I'll definitely return here to watch sports games in the future!

Mezcal Bloody Mary

Hands down the best Bloody Mary I have had in ages! The pickled salad on top is worth another trip back. Also, pleasantly surprised by the mezcal substitution, I recommend.

Came by on a Thursday around 8pm! I tend to try the tater tots at bars if they have them, and I think the tots here are the best I've had! Perfectly crispy and a good portion as well! If you're a sauce person, I will say that I think there's not enough ketchup provided for the amount of tots you get. Haven't tried their drinks yet, but would definitely recommend the food!

Im giving this place 5 stars because the vibes rocked, my food was good but mostly because they fed my dog a plate of bacon. Me and my friend came for dinner pretty late at night, it was pretty empty and there was plenty of space for us and my dog. I got the tomato/arugula/burrata sandwich--no complaints. What I really fucked with was the sweet potato waffle fries and ranch...crispy and so good. My friend got the tacos. She's notoriously picky in my opinion and wasn't really a big fan. She said it tasted like the meat sauce you put in spaghetti but it's literally beef and she knew that when she ordered it so I don't know what to tell her lmfao. Idk I don't fucking eat meat. She confirmed they were indeed crispy. anyways, the queen behind the bar delivered not just a water bowl for my dog, but also some BACON STRIPS. man had the best feast of his life. Thanks boardroom, whenever I come back to SF next, I'd def come back to you !

I have ordered pick up from this place numerous times and it is always exactly what I expect in the best way. They'll even deliver the food directly to you at NorthStar Cafe across the street! Pretty standard menu but everything is done well. Really nice servers and bartenders and a cute interior with plenty of seating and plenty of tvs to watch the game!

House Totchos with carnitas

This is specifically a review for the Tuesday Trivia at 7:30pm! You need to make sure to get there pretty early if you want to snag a table, it was absolutely packed! But totally understand why, it was super fun and well organized! Winners get prizes ranging from $40 in bar credits to bottles of mini sparkling wine. In terms of food, the totchos felt the most worth for the price (huge portions for $10) as opposed to the burgers ($12-14). Ordering got a bit backed up so you do have to wait for a while, but the main star of the night is the trivia not the food. Definitely will come back again for the fun night!

Great place to watch football, good bar food selection. Recommend the wings, lots of meat & the sauce is perfect.

The people were laughing, the drinks were flowing. It smelled really good, which we would later find out was from the food especially that Mac and cheese. We started off with different wines, some that Tom recommended based on what we told him we didn't like or did like. He apologized for our previous experience and was genuinely a nice guy. Honestly it's very admirable for a business owner to take feedback to heart and want to incorporate it. Plus he's a really cool guy when you get to know him. The staff was busy running around but still made time to come check on us. Our final verdict is we came on a bad day. This time we got the actual Waystone experience. We finally got to try the chicken bites with a creamy aioli, fries with yogurt sauce, and the star of the show was the Mac and cheese. Tik tok did live up to the hype and we will have to come back for one of their jazz nights. Be warned this place gets busy! But it's worth it.

Yes, the wine is excellent..(not selling you 'natural' actively fermenting bottles) thoughtfully curated... the cab franc , interesting without being pretentious. Yes, the bites hit (shoutout to the watermelon salad). But what really makes Waystone magic is the people. Everyone who works here is warm, funny, and present in a way that makes you feel like you belong, whether it's your first visit or your 50th. Live jazz nights here are their own kind of therapy. I once saw a harpist who made me feel like I was floating inside the music. No cover, no pressure, just ridiculously good musicians making the whole place glow. One thing I love: the rotating local art. The walls change every so often as new artists take over, and it completely shifts the energy of the space. You might not love every piece, but that's kind of the point--it's alive, it's personal, and it's supporting real artists in SF. And if you do love something, you can take it home (yep, everything's for sale). Whether you're here for the jazz, the wine, the art, or the people.. waystone shows up with soul. I'd give it six stars if I could.

Great little bar in the FiDi, open late, and serves food late at night which is a huge plus. Even after a celebratory dinner, we couldn't resist getting the quesadilla here again - this place makes one of the best quesadillas I've had. Get it with guacamole, which they fold into the quesadilla. The drinks are good, and reasonably priced, especially for SF. Good selection of beers. When you walk in, you'll feel like you're on the deck of a ship - or like you've had a few too many - because the floor is slanted. Fun place, and draws in the local crowd. See you soon, Old Ship. On our way out of town we decided to drop in here to finish of the weekend. It was late so parking was easy. We sat at the bar with only 1 or 2 other people in the whole place. You might think you've already had 7 to many when yoi walk in because years ago during some renovations the floor shifted and is uneven. Mr. Bartender was nice and the drinks were great. I think we shared a quesadilla. I love it when places serve food late at night. The rest of the food menu looked great with several items I'm looking forward to trying. More places need to serve food late at night. We originally thought this was our first time here but soon realized we have been here before multiple times. Prolly other late night stays in SF from when we were here daily. Prior to oir leaving the the bar got busy and multiple tables were filled. The really late night crowd had arrived, in mass. Nice to see after greasy newsom pretty much single handedly devastated the restaurant/bar scene in SF and elsewhere with his illegal draconian policies for a flu like illness that we all now know was delibrate on so many levels. But that's a different story for another time. Great to see this place survived. Like I said we've been here before but have only recalled it once we are in. No more. We talk about this place often and is on our radar to come back again and again.

We're not in this part of SF often, and neither of us are sports fans by any means, so a mega sports bar might seem like an odd choice, but from the reviews and pics, the spot looked fun. So on our most recent weekend trip to SF to celebrate RB's birthday, we made it a point to visit. This place is HUGE. Located in Chase Center, Splash is a two-story sports bar with TV screens everywhere. I imagine it gets packed out on game days. If you're into sports, this is definitely your happy place. I tried the Splash cocktail, which was very tasty, potent, and not overly sweet. They have a very respectable selection of various beers as well. Food-wise we opted for a couple of their sushi rolls - yes, they have sushi! We tried the Splash Roll and the Chase Heat Roll, both tasty. The food menu is pretty extensive, especially for a sports bar, and includes pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, sushi rolls, tacos, burgers, and salads. Something for everyone. Service was good, the gentlemen working the bar were nice. The space is clean and well-maintained, and reminds me of bars in Vegas. Fun spot, would return. Cheers!
