I didn't know they are by appointment only now. I walked in and the rude unfriendly receptionist said "can I help you?" I told her I just wanted to look at the tile. She said we are by appointment only and then just went back to staring at her computer monitor. Wouldn't you see if anyone was available at that point or ask if I'd like to come back? I reached out through email and I did not get a response. My money can be spent elsewhere.
