We had Drapery Crafters in Downingtown, PA put blinds / curtains throughout our house several years…read moreago. About 6 months ago, one of the blinds stopped working so we asked them to come fix or replace it. Ryan (who is a very nice person) came out and said the blind couldn't be fixed, but since it was under warranty, he would take the broken blind and work with the manufacturer to replace it. Unfortunately, I never heard back from Drapery Crafters despite me leaving at least a dozen voicemails and messages on their website. While we really like them in the past, they aren't going to succeed in business if they don't follow-up on calls and go radio silent. Not sure what happened to this company.

I never thought that I would hire someone to come to the house to measure my windows…read more I've always taken the measurements myself, gone to a store and ordered blinds, curtains etc. But I wanted plantation shutters and didn't want to mess around. Carl came to the house right when he said he would. He was pleasant to deal with, told me the options and was patient with me. I placed the order and it came in 7 weeks, just like he said it would. His 2 sons arrived and proceeded to work. Efficient, clean, polite, great humor and they took the old blinds from downstairs and installed them upstairs. I was very please to find this family business. Great service.

I rarely post negative reviews but I won't be using this dealer again. First, the owner claimed…read morethere were no longer vertical blinds made from anything but plastic. That is not true. Second, they mismeasured and can't install the side panels for the vertical blinds and then whole blind does not fully cover the window (small open seams at the edge). When you do something to improve your home, even though our old dirty blinds needed replacement, you don't expect it to look worse than where you started. The blinds I now have are plastic and look cheap. I would have done just as well to spend less, get them at Lowes and install myself. As it is, I have to replace the now new vertical blinds in the kitchen. Luckily the window is small so it's not that expensive to do over.

Luke called ahead to let me know that the staff scheduled for an appointed time was on their way; delayed, etc. Luke was very helpful in the store in Wayne, helping me make a decision on the degree of light filtration for my shades. I couldn't have asked for better communication and service. My shades arrived within the estimated time and George did an excellent installation - they look fabulous, excellent quality! I've been dealing with contractors and their subcontractors since Dec2020 and it has been one major disappointment and headache after another. So, having this experience with Blind Gallery was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Tony, Luke and George.

Andy Stewart was waiting at the desk for customers and he helped us graciously in the store; on the phone when I had questions; and at our house when he came to measure and plan the installation. But we did want a good value and outcome for this room. We had a very good experience when homeowners sometimes get into big problems with this. Six months after installation we are still very pleased with our carpet, which makes a nice improvement over what had been on the floor previously. Nice cushion to the padding. Thank you, Andy.
