This is a great little shop. Dropped in this morning with my kids who wanted a hot chocolate. We also ordered blueberry muffins. The muffins were delicious and the hot chocolate was great, complete with chocolate syrup drizzled over the top. I got a latte which was perfect. The staff asked specifically for my kids' names so they could put the names on their cups and call them up by name for their orders. A nice touch. read more

I tend to drink lots of coffee super early in the morning, so I've not yet had the coffee here. What I have had, though, is their chai latte. It rules. The baristas actually know how to foam a latte, and the chai is more savory than sweet. I even received an intricate floral pattern done in honey on top of the foam. I hope that The Blend is a harbinger of business for downtown Burlington. It's a clean, bright, and welcoming environment with affable staff. Have a meeting here--or read a book--or bring a family member just to share some tasty liquids. Oh, and whatever you do, get a pastry, too. read more

Taking off one star for staff that was not very friendly. Other than that, the coffee is better than Starbucks. Simple environment, not warm and inviting, which is my preference. It is so great to finally have a coffee place in downtown Burlington. They have the standard drinks along with some specialties, like a Mexican Mocha with hot spices. Plenty of tables, nice atmosphere. They also have some bakery goods for snacks. Will be returning often. read more

The smoothies are a must try - everything is fresh cut and frozen - I work a block or two away and my co-workers and I do smoothies for lunch maybe every other week. Excellent atmosphere for hanging out. There is an open floor plan with lots of seating options, but there are still some smaller spaces to nook into that feel cozy. All of the drinks I've tried here are excellent, yet I always find myself coming back to the smoothies. Sooooo good!! The best part for me is that they're conscientious about food sensitivities. If you want to try something, but you're allergic to a key ingredient, they'll still find a way to make it for you. Much appreciated!! read more

I went here for a Bumble BFF date, I absolutely love this coffee shop, it is an amazing place to do homework or just hang out and grab a coffee. I have been coming here since last year and was so excited to bring a friend with me. We had a great time!! We sat outside in the patio area, got coffee and a few baked goods. Probably my favorite place in all of Burlington. The staff is very friendly, and learned my name very quickly as I became a normal. The coffee is very well made with high quality beans. The pastries are all delicious and well made, complementing with every cup of coffee and tea. My only comment is that I would enjoy a more diverse category of tea, but the tea they have is delicious and of good quality. What a gem in downtown Burlington on Front St! The space is awesome, open, and with a variety of seating options to choose from. The bright walls alongside the exposed brick, plenty of natural light.. it all combines for a wonderful atmosphere to spend some time in. The patio seating outside looks great too for days with good weather. I've only tried their standard iced latte so far but it tasted great and I'm excited to try their other drinks, too. My fiance and I went there the other day for the first time and it was fantastic. He got a dark roast coffee and fixed it himself whereas I got a Mexican Mocha and it was delicious. I asked for it to be a little less spicy and they served it up perfectly. I don't know where they get their beans but wherever they do get them, the coffee is smooth with a nicely roasted flavor. We also got a lemon bar and it was unbelievably amazing. Just the right amount of lemon flavor with a slightly gooey center and a crumbly crust. The price wasn't too bad either, instead of buying a coffee at Starbucks you can get one here for the same amount and it will be infinitely better. read more
