I ordered the chicken birria tacos ($17) and a Watermelon Guava Limeade ($6). The tacos were good, and the green sauce was spicy and flavorful, which I really enjoyed. However, I did not care for the other sauce because it wasn't to my taste. I walked up to the service window and ordered my food. Went back and ordered a drink which was handed to me immediately. Because I trusted the vendor, I didn't review my receipt until O got home. That's when I noticed I had been charged a $0.75 delivery fee, even though there was no delivery involved. Is this something new, a fee is charged for ordering from a food truck m. This is my first time seeing a delivery charge. There was nothing posted on the menu board or at the ordering window stating that a delivery fee would be added to walk-up, self-service orders. They should clearly disclose any additional fees before customers pay. Transparency is important, and customers should know exactly what they're being charged for. The food was ok overall, but I hope the business either removes this fee for walk-up customers or clearly posts it so there are no surprises at checkout. read more

My sister in law highly recommended this food truck so we gave it a try. After reading reviews, we tried the sampler that came with 2 birria tacos (we chose shrimp and chicken), quesadilla (we chose chicken) and a grilled cheese sandwich (we chose beef) for my husband, son and I to share. I added 2 beef birria tacos. Let's start with the birria tacos. The beef was the star of the show. The beef is seasoned to perfection as well as the dipping sauce. The taco was delicious by itself and then you add the sauce/consommé...perfection. I personally preferred the green sauce as it had a bit of spice to it which was a nice flavor addition. The shrimp taco was ok but wasn't as flavorful as the Beef. Same for the chicken. Good but not as flavorful. The grilled cheese with beef...so good! Dipped that in the consommé as well. Quesadilla was good too. I just should've chose beef instead of chicken but wanted to try different proteins. The beef tacos were so good, my husband went and ordered 3 more as well as the ramen...beef of course. The ramen was super flavorful as well. I did wish it had more sauce/consomme but I just added what we had leftover from our tacos. I'd definitely order the ramen and beef tacos again. I'd order the beef grilled cheese too lol. One of those places that you might underestimate due to the advertising and hype but these were REALLY good birria quesadillas. Are they the most authentic? Probably not. Are they overly stuffed? Also no. But they're super tasty and their pressure sauce is great and even the consomé is very flavorful. They have a nice crunch and simplicity that makes it all work and probably makes them easier to make. With how much hype this place has, efficiency is key so I can't be mad at the size or simplicity. The ambiance was great far a nice cool day. There ample outdoor seating and several tables with umbrellas. There are also games you can play like corn hole, and yard connect 4. The service was good. The young lady working in the trailer was friendly. She asked if it was our first time eating there (we said yes) and thanked us for trying out Birria Queen. The food came out quick and hot just the way I like it. We tried the beef quesadilla and that came out with a side of green salsa and consume. This was very delicious. The cheese was melted and the ratio of beef to cheese was just right. We dipped this in both sauces and it was amazing. The second plate was the choose 4. This option was very nice because it gave us the chance to try 2 different types of tacos. The first on I tried was the beef quesabirria. Like the quesadilla the ratio of meat and cheese was perfect and the flavor of the beef was savory and melted in your mouth. When you paired this with the green salsa and the consume it was fireworks. The chicken was equally as good. We finished this with the watermelon guava limeade. This was a great way to finish the meal. The only thing that would have made the limeade better was a hint of mint, but it was definitely a must when eating at Birria Queen.
