No reason why I go well over 6 months apart and the experiences are similarly terrible. My kids don't like Cafe Rio, but their service and portions are actually fair. Chipotle is better, and that's not saying much. We love the downtown Ogden & Logan locations, food and experience are much different. Please send your team there for training! When we entered the building we were immediately drawn in by all the flowers and the bright space. Every wall was covered in flowers, neon lights, and gorgeous lighting. It is adorable!! The woman who took our order was super sweet and our food came out quickly. I've seen their "over the top" shakes on Instagram for years so that was a MUST. We also ordered a panini and several crepes. Everything was delicious, super "Grammable," and beautiful. I may need to make a special trip back to Ogden just to come here!!
