I was hoping for a specific dish to be available, and was glad when I saw that Beef Bourguignon was chalked onto the specials door at the front. It was served with a nice piece of toasted bread and the sauce was nice and thick (if is watery it can ruin the mashed potatoes). The flavors were spot on, although I was saddened that it did not have the traditional pearl onions. It was garnished with curls of carrot which were too dry and tough to enjoy, so I pushed them aside. Service was good and we didn't have trouble getting drink refills. All the orders were correct and the owner came by once to check on us. Their seating also includes a large covered patio, which was actually in use by some brave patrons since the sun was chasing some of the chill away.
