Placed a delivery order at 9:45p and they took my payment and instantly cancelled the order. Called the store to find out what and by the time they answered the phone, it was 10:15 and all she could say was that they stopped delivering at 10. read more

About 2 years ago I'd give this McDonald's a 5 stars. Angela was a very sweet employee. Sadly no one has came close to her kindness. I miss her a lot. It seems the wait times have tripled in The past year. The food quality has also declined with prices going up and quality going down. I cannot rate the ambience because this is a quick stop restaurant. I hope they have a course on kindness and stop hiring folks that do not want to work. There are several people that work here that are kind that is a reason for multiple stars. I just take off 1 star because the waiting in drive through is a long time. read more

Ordered ahead for my kids breakfast before school waited in line for 32 min only for them to then tell me they didn't see my order . Walked out of restaurant as I was walking they tried yelling at me saying 'maam here it is "! Needless to say my kids went to school with no breakfast ! After a school event I went back there 2 days later thinking that you would be different I told the guy at the register that it seemed like my order should be more he smiled and said it wasn't he didn't ring up half my order in the order that he did ring up but he got wrong even though it was rung upright. Check the burger they got wrong back in the restaurant the manager made it for me again got back to the car and it was wrong !!! So I had to get back in only for them to say they did with the ticket said we didn't . 3rd time is a charm I guess cause it was correct but as I'm walking out I see a cockroach run across the front counter and for the manger to act like it was not big deal . Nasty nasty place to eat !!! read more

Anyone who searches through my Yelp reviews knows I love a McDonald's meal. No shame here. I don't know why this one has such awful reviews. Our experience was great. It's a very nice McDonalds inside, and we had fun eating outside with our dog. Our food was great, and the bathroom was clean. Do I love watching employees have a smoke break at the outdoor dining tables? No. But we're all stressed out right now, so i can't really trash the place for this. read more

It good for fast food the Big Macs are ok and the service is fast and the staff is caring

Understaffed, they prioritize the drive thru over anything. Expect your food to be completed 25-30 minutes even if you're the only one in the restaurant. Good atmosphere and music. The staff is respectful and friendly. read more

McDonald's - Dirty floors, dirty workspace, expect your stomach to be sick lol - Fast Food Near Me - La Fayette, Georgia

Amazing service. Had an issue with order and the manager was polite and quick to correct. We have to remember we are all capable of mistakes and how we handle them shows your true character. Very satisfied. Food was yummy. read more

This McDonald's is where trailer park dreams go to smolder and lament before dying a long, painful, agonizing death. The employees are kinda crappy. I mean...crappy...like smoking on their break on the outdoor covered benches even though customers are out there "don't let the door hit your ass on the way back in" crappy and redneck. I mean...really redneck. If you go here to eat twice intentionally, you probably have little invested in life and expect little from life in return. It would probably be better to just get something from the Walmart bakery down the street. I don't trust these people with my food... read more

It's hit or miss at this location, but with them being severely understaffed it's understandable. Half of the time something will be forgotten, but they are really good about making it right read more

got my order completely wrong. and when I called and asked nicely they hung up on me. completely unprofessional. all i wanted was what I had ordered. read more

It's just not that clean, the people work there obviously don't care about their jobs, they never get my order right, and I think they might reuse food because when my brother got his chicken biscuit it has barbecue on the side of it like it's been on someone else's plate or something, pretty gross. So I'd recommend not coming here if you want a good meal. read more

I've never needed to write a review before, but this place is so bad I made an account. Night shift there's like 2 people working, it takes 20 minutes to get the food and the quality is terrible. Got a quarter pounder and it was so salty I just had to throw it away. Way too much ketchup, mustard, and pickles. I'd rather eat dirt than go here read more

It's hit or miss here. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's terrible. Sometimes your order is all there and right and sometimes...not so much. Consistency is what this location is lacking. read more

Manager was very helpful and nice when i needed to change my order and upgraded my drink for no reason

$62 of food, 3, 10p nuggets all old and dried out, dried out fish patty on my sandwich. My son found a hair in his sandwich. i will not be going to this McDonald's again. read more

This place is a perpetual garbage dump. The employees are apparently untrained or uncaring about their job, and they NEVER get your order right ite without having you "pull up" and wait. Your best betty is to just avoid the Lafayette McDonald's altogether. read more

When you get a 40 piece nugget and you ask for more sauce and they say they can't give you anymore than 6!!! Really!!!

In the morning time breakfast is spot on and whipped out asap. Super fast. Beware the evening and night time... old, nasty, took 15 mins, forgot items in my bag, disgusting. Never want to eat here again in the evening. read more

Ooooh McDonald's... gotta love the inexpensive option ESPECIALLY now that the LaFayette branch is 24/7. Move over Krystal's; Mickey's coming through. Personally, I wouldn't spring for the artisan stuff. Too expensive for what you're getting: dressed up fast food. read more

It sucks, service is awful dont eat here u never get what u ask for. The prices may be cheap but so is the quality.

On 3 different occasions I've been served raw hamburger from here. My typical problem here is not getting what I ask for. It's like a "get what we give you and move on" attitude. read more

The night shift crew needs to get their act together. I tried to order a Southern Style chicken sandwich only to be told that I couldnt at this time of night. It was 7:30! Don't know what's up with that, but also, the fries I got were nasty. If you don't specify hot, fresh fries (which should be a given) you will get fries that have been sitting under the heat lamp too long. I do not appreciate that. I was looking forward to that chicken sandwich and had I known I couldn't get it after a certain time if day, I would have taken my business elsewhere. The young girl at the register was more interested in flirting with guys in the store than she was in taking our order. She actually walked away to go talk to some guys when the manager came over to her register to apply a coupon code for my order! The next problem was the lack of cleanliness there. The floors were dirty, they looked like they hadn't been swept and mopped all day, and napkins and straws laying where the fountain machine was. Needs major improvement! read more
