I visited this place with some of my friends, which is located in the main area of Berwyn. I see a lot of folks who seem to be close groups and locals watching NBA at the time. They have a good collection of beer and nice place to catch some games or spend time with your friends. The service is fast and staff is very attentive. They seem to have an outdoor spot for the service. The parking is challenging at times. Great place. Check it out.

Been here a couple of times. A cute, no nonsense pub on Lancaster Ave. They have a good collection of beer and their food is actually super delicious. I love the pot stickers , the potato skins were yummy and the rolls along with the dipping sauce were mouth watering. Great place to come for a no frills evening.

Great brew pub in downstairs Berwyn, sat outside next to the tracks, some great draft beers and apps, and friendly staff! Great local spot!

A nice place for casual beer , bar food , and snacks . Indoor or outdoor seating , TV's, and outdoor pool table , outdoor bar( when it's appropriate) & even a smoker for barbecue( call ahead to see if its on the agenda!). the indoors is a bit it dark but that is due to it's location. So my friend took me here to get a quality cheessteak close to his house without going downtown to Philly! So we each ordered a cheessteak, mushrooms and onions and provolone, Along with cheese fries! Cheese steak was tasty with the proper roll , a bit greasy-- buy hey it's a cheese steak! It was more than enough food ! I would totally order this again! It seems a like a great place to grab a beer and watch the game! Also parking could be a bit tricky as you may have to park at a nearby lot or the nearby train station.as there are minimal spots in front of the building

Absolutely delicious food, friendly and attentive service, and loved the outdoor patio space! Had the buffalo chicken flatbread, chicken cesar flatbread, and meatloaf sandwich - each was a 10 out of 10 and perfect to share when you can't decide on just one item! Will definitely return if I am back in the area!

Great food and service. First time there. It looks like a typical bar on the outside. Good selection of food.

Apparently, it's hickory smoked which made it unique from other prime ribs I've had. I also ordered a Cool River Salad which can be added to your entree. As there were only three people working in the restaurant, one was tending the bar, one was taking orders, and one was wheeling the food out on a cart, and it was busy with sports families, which seem to be the main clientele, it took some time for the lone server to take our order, but he checked in on us and apologized for the delays.

One seated we didn't have menus. Then took another 12 mins to have a waiter take drink orders. We ordered food at that time not taking any chances. Another 15 mins another waiter comes and asks if we ordered drinks. We said we did and he asked what we ordered. He brought the drinks out. We ordered Crispy Calamari as an appetizer. It was room temp and chewy. We ate about half before we couldn't take it anymore. We each ordered the COOL RIVER SALAD which said it was; Danish bleu cheese crumbles, Granny Smith apple, candied pecans, maple vinaigrette. Problem was each had big bowl of mixed greens. A pinch of blue cheese. I couldn't find mine. 4-5 pieces of candied pecans and what looked like shredded apple sticks which was wasn't even from a single Apple slice. I thought it was a garnish. It was pathetic. When we flagged down a waiter we asked for some more blue cheese and apples. Waiter didn't even acknowledge our request and returned with a single side cup half filled with blue cheese. Non apples. I was pissed but I got the look from the wife to let it go. She ordered a loaded baked potato which came out dry which had a dab of sour cream an essence of butter, a pinch of cheese, bacon and 3 scallions on it. She asked for more Sour Cream and butter and they brought out another dab of sour cream and side order of melted butter. Not one inquiry as to how the food was. But they were quick to bring check. Other families were coming in and not getting seated either. Saw a few leave which was probably best. We should have also. Not worth the time or the effort.

But they quickly and easily remedied it by taking it back and not charging us for it. Rest of the dining experience was just right - correct items, good food and well made drinks. When that location closed, we were bummed. I decided to take a little holiday shopping trip to King of Prussia and whaddaya know? The only Paladar location still standing is right here! After checking into my hotel, I made it my duty to head over there for happy hour. I'm glad I got there shortly after happy hour started because the bar started getting packed after a while. One thing I was happy to see was a happy hour with happy hour prices. $6 drinks and $6 food items can't be beat! I had a mango mojito followed by an apple margarita. I had the chips and guacamole, chicken tacos, and their famous (to me) bread pudding. That bread pudding is still as delicious as I remembered it to be. The bartender was nice and managed the crowd very well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely return when I'm in the area again. I just pray this location never closes as it seems all the others have.

With influences from Cuba, Central America, and South America, the restaurant balances bold spices, vibrant presentation, and an energetic atmosphere that makes it ideal for both casual nights out and group gatherings. One of Paladar's signature features is its Rum Bible--an extensive, almost encyclopedic list of rums from around the world. Whether you're a rum enthusiast or just curious, it adds a fun, exploratory element to the experience. Pair that with happy hour, which offers solid drink specials and approachable small plates, and Paladar becomes a popular after-work destination. The Cuban sandwich is a standout menu item and a must-order. Pressed until crisp on the outside and warm inside, it's layered with roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard in perfect balance--comforting, flavorful, and satisfying without being heavy. By my count there were three of us in our party, so what was the issue exactly? Also, FYI - there are no prices listed on any of the alcoholic drinks lol. I wasn't drinking on this occasion but after two drinks each for my friends and an order of nachos and a burger the bill along with 90 minutes of Topgolf ($15 removed as I had put down a deposit) was $165 without tip! On to the activity portion of my review. Biggest pet peeve was you have to waive a club in front of a sensor for the ball to come out, now in theory this is a great idea and makes it more fun than pushing a button, right? Well, when you waive the club, the sensor was taking forever to acknowledge that we were asking for the ball. There are many games you can choose from including sonic the hedgehog virtual display and it incorporates where you hit the ball on the rage to get coins. They also have an angry bird game, and many more. Important note, the ball is not a legit golf ball I was informed from someone in my party, it is not as hard thus does not travel as far. That is fine as the furthest you can hit the ball is approx. 200 yards, but I feel this should be mentioned for those of you that actually want to practice your golf stroke at the range. All in all, it was a fun night out and you have the valley forge casino right next door if you want to get some gambling action nearby. If you have a group of friends and are looking for an activity on par with bowling, axe throwing, or something fun for a group this could be in your wheelhouse. Next time I'm in the area though, I prob either start or finish at the casino and possibly just go to the casino instead of the range. As always people SYOY!!!
