The bread was also over toasted to the point that dipping it in the tomato consomme wouldn't even soften it up unless you let it soak for 30 seconds for each bite. Nonetheless it was very tasty. Having worked with vegan cheese companies over the years, there is a misconception that it is bad to leave the vegan cheese outside on the countertop - not really, it's not cheese.
