The space is lovely, a good amount of tables and a small bar. I ordered a pepperoni and black olive and found a seat at the end of the bar. After not too long of a wait, my pizza arrived. If you were to look up Greek style pizza in the dictionary, you would see a picture of this pizza. As I was chowin down, I realized it's like the most perfect textbook version of the style. The crust is crispy and airy, the cheese a little chewy, stretch and salty. The sauce hits just right and the toppings bring it all together. Its perfection makes sense given Dimitri has been making pizza for almost as long as I've been alive, and I'll be 41 this year. Even after he retired himself from Cowesett Pizza, passing the torch to Britt, his former employee, he could only last a year before he was called back into making pizzas.
