They said I needed to touch base with my home store, which I already did. They gave me a smidge of a resolution but even follow up-I was the one that requested a call back to make sure the issue was resolved. It just seems like management and customer service are very disconnected and it was unprofessional that I was never called back repeatedly and had to keep calling and addressing the issue on the phone and in store.
