Dragonslayer smoothie was so good- my son said it's an 11 out of 10. Açaí bowls are great, too! Look forward to returning here when in RVA.

Great service Tianna helped me out a lot, clean establishment , and amazing drinks

Saw this place featured in Richmond Magazine's Instagram account and I knew I had to try it because I love a good juice or smoothie. They did not disappoint!! I ended up getting "the beet goes on" and it was SO good. A really good mix of fruit sweetness, some veggies and earthiness coming from the beets. I ordered online for an in-store pickup and the process was super easy. Order was ready when we arrived, so it made for a very fast and simple experience (which as a new mom, I need!!). Overall, highly recommend, and can't wait to try more from them. read more

The vibe and atmosphere of this place was so fun. During these times, I really appreciate the clear inclusive statements they had at the front of the store. Additionally, the two workers that were there when I visited, were very kind and accommodating! As a first time customer, I felt so welcomed. I ordered the Dragon Queen because the description sounded too yummy. My first impression was that the bowl felt smaller than your average smoothie bowl. Despite it being small, it was really filling and delicious. I particularly loved how ripe and juicy the pineapples were. The smoothie bowl also wasn't too sweet. The granola added a great crunch as well. With that being said, this is now my top smoothie/smoothie bowl spot in Richmond! read more

The Beet Box - Dragon Queen - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Richmond, Virginia

Absolutely loved my bowl of dragon fruit smoothie from here! A variety of fresh fruits and house-made granola made me scrape up the bowl until empty (and it was freezing cold & raining the day I visited)! I am not very big on superfood but I have every intention of visiting again. Everyone was wearing a mask and very cheerful, their energy was contagious. The ladies at the counter were so sweet and even gave me a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie for free. It does not take long at all for them to fix up your order, but while you are waiting, make sure to check out their merch as well as various health 'shots' and juices they have stocked their fridges with! Their soundtrack was bomb also. Support your local black-owned business! read more

Glad I found Beet Box. I get the PB bowl and their vegan chocolate chip cookie. Both are delicious

If you are ever in the Richmond area you have to try The Beet Box. Great people and Great food!!

So this business was apart of an Yelp Elite event. This business is very clean with lively bright colors. When you walk inside good music is playing which adds to the laid back vibe. I selected the west coast toast and the so fresh and so clean juice. Both were tasty but I found the items to be slightly overpriced for what you were getting. Yes the ingredients are fresh and the food is vegan friendly but.... it's still too expensive IMO. Everything was fresh but.... to expensive! I felt sticker shock almost smh. Would I be back? Probably not. Some of the items you could probably make in your own kitchen during quarantine. It is a good place if you just so happen to be walking by, after a run or after the gym and you need a quick snack. The toast is filling but.... slightly too expensive for it to be an everyday place. Perhaps they should have a variety of price points. Like bagels for 3 bucks or something like that. Also they gave out a free chocolate chip cookie which was tasty but did not fit in because it was not a healthy option and probably not vegan. I would have appreciated some sort of vegan dessert or dessert made from veggies. read more

Really friendly and helpful staff! Great healthy food and great juice and smoothie options. Love the avocado toast!

I got the kale salad that had sweet potatoes, and I liked all the Ingredients that it came with but it was SO SPICY which I wasn't expecting. I think it was the dressing, something was super spicy. I personally wouldn't order it again, it wasn't really good. I didn't even eat half. The açaí bowl I got was good though. I do recommend this spot though overall. They're options look good, maybe I just got the wrong thing lol. Inside is super small, not much space for even 10 people. So just expect that. They do have outside seating with a couple high chairs. The chairs inside are really low. I'm only stating this because if you have any physical problems I need you to be aware of these factors read more

When I visited the beet box I was actually looking for a similar location but glad I stumbled upon this beautiful place. My wife and I enjoyed several of their items. I definetly would recommend the wraps and juice. I've been back several times because of how flavorful the food taste. I've been an obsessive regular of another juice place for years now but The Beet Box may lure me over. Stepping into the small establishment, you are hit with the freshest, invigorating aromas of fruit and veggies and it just makes you feel alive. There's just a vibe here that is undeniable. I had the protein bowl with the homemade granola and those caramelized pecans which were to die for. Definitely planning to trying some of there other offerings including some of the non-juice items. And looking forward to a post holiday juice cleanse! read more

Stumbled across this place while I was on vacation in Richmond. I love fresh juices and smoothies so I just knew I had to stop in and try. Once I was in the owners knew instantly I was from out of town. They were so nice and welcoming, they gave me lots of recommendations and they did not stir me wrong. I tried the Hella Good juice and it was hands down the best juice I've ever had. As a black small business owner obviously I love supporting black owned businesses that are high quality. Will definitely be visiting Richmond and this place again!!! read more
