This is a hidden gem and it took me a few years to discover them. Prices are cheaper than the big box nurseries and the quality of their plants is much better. All of their employees are very knowledgeable and equally helpful. I do like that they have a great selection of potting soil and fertilizer and they provide guidance regarding which to use based on your purchase. I've purchased a number of roses, a dwarf magnolia tree, and a number of potted plants and all are thriving. The dwarf magnolia is at least 12 - 15 feet high now. These folks are a great alternative to the big box store at the corner of 183 and Chrystal Falls.

Today I saw LITHOPS which are living rocks. They're not actually rocks are actually little plants, but they look like rocks. So interesting! I also found Coral Bells in two different colors. I cannot resist these. They are going to make an excellent addition to my garden. This store is medium priced, but their plants are high-quality. I will again come to the store to browse, and most likely I will purchase something else Amazing! Though prices are higher than at HEB or a big box, I continue there for the advice & availability of things like compost and rooting stimulant, and find the crew under Mark's daughter to continue the good advice; and the somewhat higher price but greater variety and knowledge plus my pricing for customers of 1/2 the retail price of their plants bought there make it work out very well for me; and I've just bought my second Sweet Bay for MY OWN yard, recently, when the first, which made great chicken soup, froze during one of the frequent "SnowVid '21," SnowPocalypse '23," deep-freeze events... Our landscaper, Pedro's Landscaping bought 47 Italian Cypress trees in September to install in our…read morebackyard and now 4 months later we have 47 dead trees. I don't know what our landscaper paid, but we paid almost $9K for these trees. Checked with both my landscaper, Pedro Abundis and Danny at Circle D on what can be done to replace the dead trees and neither company will help or take responsibility for the loss. We are just out 47 trees. Both companies do not guarantee or warranty the trees. We spent a lot of money on our landscaping with Pedro's Landscaping and the lack of customer service is just bad business. I will not recommend either company to any more of my customers, friends, neighbors or family. I am really disappointed.

We went with a couple of friends who are more experienced. The store manager, Nick, was very patient in helping us select every single component needed to start a hydroponics system. At no point during the process did we feel he was trying to up sell us anything. He informed us several options based our needs and mainly that is to grow herbs and leafy greens. To make the experience more pleasant was that Nick helped us drill the necessary holes in the buckets to install the hose and overflow valves. Nick also provided us with clear instructions about the planting process, ensuring right pH level in water and how to do that, and typically when we should be migrating the seedlings into the planting bucket. I encourage anyone who is interested in indoor gardening to totally check this place out. The service and knowledge is truly impeccable.

I spoke with Lauren and I decided on a Natchez Crepe Myrtle. We set up a time to install it and she even sent me a picture of a 45 gallon It was gorgeous. Their crew arrived right on time and were amazing. It was not an easy planting due to the mess left by the storm uprooting the destroyed tree. The crew were respectful of our property and installed the new tree properly.... deep and with native Texas soil. I have only positives about Lawns Tree Farm.
