Kristi was the rudest person I have ever met and claimed that she had no reason to give her money back and continually called my friend a liar. Eventually my friend did get her money back for the shotty dye job, but a few minutes after that I received a call at my place of employment asking to speak to the manager. They were actually trying to complain to my boss about "causing a scene". Well the whole situation could have been avoided if they had done what was right and refunded her money and apologized.
