Isis (salon in Mandeville) called to accuse me of cyber bullying because I posted information about the disastrous haircut I recently received in that salon. Had she hoped to assuage my huge and justified dissatisfaction she wouldn't have repeatedly interrupted and shouted over me. She might not have asked if I attended beauty school when I explained the differences in what I asked for and received. She shouldn't have said God would judge me as if sharing a horrible experience on the Internet were a sin. She wouldn't have denigrated my morals, ethics or professionalism in my work. And she certainly shouldn't have tied the refund I requested to my cancelling posts. read more

I went to 4 different stylist before finding Isis. I get my hair highlighted there and constantly get compliments! She is amazing. My hair always looks amazing and she keeps it healthy for me too. When you get your hair shampooed at Isis it seems like you should be paying for that service separately because its that good. They do this amazing massage thing on your head and neck that will put you to sleep! The staff is friendly and they all get to know you and treat you like family. I can't imagine going any where else now because I'm so spoiled at Isis! P.s they have super cute accessories and hard to find hair products for sale! read more

I love this salon. I am always happy with my color and cut. They make sure you are comfortable and give great service and offer wonderful products at a very reasonable price. I can't imagine anyone not getting what they want here because the listen to your ideas, look at the pictures you bring, and make good suggestions based on your current hair style and color. Oh, and the boutique in the salon is soooo cute! They sell cute jewelry, accessories, and clothing. You really should give this salon a try if you haven't already. Awsome expierence of all Haircuts. The receptionist who answered the phone made my appointment and was very professional and courteous. I checked in at the front desk and I was handed me a smock to change into. The salon was clean with plenty of magazines and products to view. Isis sat me in her chair and we had a thorough consultation. Isis had her assisant shampoo my hair, with a complementary message technique. She gave me a beautiful haircut and style. Her assistant told me that a client once said: "HER HANDS MOVE LIKE ANGELS CARRYING HER SISSORS". I truly believe that. read more

I have been to several salons in Mandeville, and numerous others in Phoenix, St Louis and New York City and find THIS one to be top of the line. Isis and all of her operators are professional, knowledgeable about current trends and products, and highly trained. I think, however, what impresses me the most about THIS salon and the people who work there, is their genuine desire and ability to listen to the client and produce the results she/he wants. I had been agonizing for several months about whether or not to go with a super short haircut. My former stylist told me it wouldn't work with my hair, but I wanted a second opinion and went to Isis. She assured me it would look great, and told me I should go for it. And she did an amazing job. The cut is perfect for my face, easy to deal with, and I am completely thrilled.
