I'm not sure what happened to Thomas's skills but I quit going to his salon a few years back because the cut he gave me was one from a beginner stylist and he appeared uninterested in cutting my hair -before this my haircuts from him were great and often people asked where I got the cut -so after years of seeing other stylist and traveling I thought I would try him again but I got the same inexperienced kind of cut and another uninterested attitude - he used to be at the top of his game not sure what happened- I could never recommend him to others at this point ‍ read more

Went a few months ago to get hair cut. Britney was my stylist. She did and alright job the first time I went to her. Went back a second time and I will never go back. She actually chopped my hair. She washed it and dried it with a blow dryer and that's all she did. She never even styled it . I had made another appointment at the time but then I decided to cancel it. Called to cancel the appointment and Mr Thomas Cousins answered the phone. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule and told him no. I told him all about my experience with the shop and that's all he said, "OK" . Very Dissapointing. read more

I'm giving this 4 only because I am eating my general salon experience and I really don't know how good the other stylists are. Hana was amazing! One of the best haircuts ever. I'm transitioning to grey from years of dark brown. My hair is about 4 different colors. She was able to cut into my dark ends and minimize the awkward look. Everyone loves it as well. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to have a mommy/daughter day date. I called to schedule an appointment for us and they were able to accommodate us the next day! Let me start by saying my daughter is a very active three year old but I wanted her to have them same "spa" treatment/experience as I was receiving. Ms. Brandy was wonderful with my little one treated her as if she was the paying client lol she received the same professional courtesy as any other guest. She loves her haircut and loves telling her story the best!!! Ms. Hannah did my cut which is everything I wanted! I had such a horrible experience last year where my hair was severely damaged and ended up having to cut it all off- Pixie cut- I've been letting it grow some but it was at the point that it needed reshaping and some taming. I explained this all the her and she listened then she did something unexpected she actually went into detail what she was going to do why she was doing it and how I can care for my hair at home. As for the rest of the staff they were just as wonderful they made certain to offer us something to drink and if we needed anything. My daughter was finished before I was and the staff helped entertain her while I was finishing up. Overall it was an amazing experience and will be back when we visit in a few months. I was referred to this place by another hairdresser it couldn't get us in so I thought I would give it a try my daughter needed her hair done for homecoming. we had a set appointment at 5 o'clock we sat there for 25 minutes nobody said anything they knew that we had people meeting us at the house at 5:45 didn't say anything. I had to go up to the desk and remind them and find out how much longer it would be and then the lady at the desk said they wouldn't be able to do it I will never ever go there again read more

OMG! Chose this salon for the location and now am a huge fan! No - they're not cheap but worth every dime in my opinion. My stylist, Teresa, was willing to listen to what I wanted (it was a HUGE change) and made suggestions that were really well informed. And let me tell you about the fabulous scalp massage and shampoo.... dim lights, great music . . . a totally indulgent experience. I was very nervous about trying a new salon. I'm very new to the area and finding a hair salon is about as difficult as finding a doctor. I wanted to go from a very dark mahogany to a honey blonde. I had Kat who was absolutely amazing! I have had several compliments and feel completely WOWed by what she was able to do for me! Everyone at this salon was very pleasant and helpful. I've been going here for 3 years and will not go anywhere else. My first guy was an awesome stylist, but sadly he's left for other pastures. I was scared to try someone new, but now I've been with Heather for over a year and she's fabulous! The shampoo experience is a little Zen moment.
