All of the girls here are super sweet, and each one of them is a talented professional. I've been coming to Sam for my last two appointments, and she is completely wonderful. I never feel rushed, and Sam always takes her time to make sure my color and cut are perfect. I usually don't have a game plan when I come in, but that's why I love Sam! I just arrive to my appointment and let her work her magic. She has an eye for what works, and it's obvious she loves what she's doing because it is clearly reflected in her magnificent work! Sam is also fantastic at recommending the best tools and products to help keep my hair looking amazing in between visits. I always leave the Salon feeling like the best version of myself, and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. A huge thank you to Lauren for creating and maintaining one of the best Salons in the area, and to Sam for providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience each time I visit!

Initially, I tried booking online and was primarily interested in a shag or curly cut. I have some natural curls/waves I am trying to embrace and love the way a shag really allows my heavy hair the volume it needs. Neither were available online so I opened to call in and just book a normal haircut. I was paired with Lila. At check in, I was offered a beverage. I chose mimosa, and directed to the chair to discuss my concerns. I shared my previous experiences and showed up with my hair in its natural state to show her what I was working with. We agreed on a very altered cut and curtain bangs. With a wash and blowout, the entire thing took about 45minutes. I am was so happy with the results. The process was very fair and I will certainly be back. I really appreciated that Lila was honest about her not specializing in either the shag or curly cut I initially requested. I was still very pleased and hope people go to her for their hair.

I even prebooked for a 10 week appointment and just found out, 4 days before my appointment, that my newest stylist has left the salon. I have seen stylists all the way from level 1 to level 3 so the fact that "they're newer and were in training" should not be an excuse. I don't feel like I should book with the owner to guarantee to be seen. I love, love, loved my last stylist and plan to find where she went and follow her.
