RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SALON! They totally DESTROYED my hair and could care less. I went in with blonde hair and dark roots as she was the last one to do my hair 8 weeks prior to this last visit. I wanted the roots obviously done and lighter highlights. I walked out with orange/ gold hair with brown roots that weren't done and my hair was about 4-6 inches shorter on the top! BTW.... There was no haircut.... It fell out of my head! She told me to go outside and look for the highlights and use purple shampoo! Really? You turned my hair gold and brassy and it's still falling out. BRIDGET DOES NOT CARE AND THE OWNER DOES NOT EITHER! Pics Do not lie!!! The first pic is what I went in with. The other pics are what I walked out with. I was very disappointed with the owner and service at this "salon!" The lady that cut my hair, as well as my wife's hair, didn't even know what she was doing and had to call the owner over on several occasions. The owner was also very very rude to my wife and she was one of the sweetest women to walk the face of this earth! I do NOT recognize salon to anyone at all....even if you are desperate! My advice....STAY AWAY! The owner is mean and her prices are too high! Supercuts does a better job and they are more friendly! read more

Mykaela is AMAZING. This girls natural talent is on an entirely different level. I have had my hair both cut and colored by her and I'm completely stunned at how incredible my hair turned out. She's extremely knowledgble, kind, and creative as heck! Give her an idea and she will take it to the next level and have you looking incredible! I'm from out of town and saw some good reviews from this salon so I booked a 12:45 appointment on 05/18/23. She didn't seem very confident in the work she was doing on my hair. After about 3 hours of the bleach foils being on the bottom half of my hair I asked if it was close to time to be rinsed but she ignored me to check her phone. My hair has never taken over 3 hours for the full process... I did not leave the salon until 7:25, that's over 6 hours. I had 2 inches cut after requesting and only needing 1 inch removed since I trim it regularly. At closing time she was still drying my hair when another stylist stepped in to help, that's when the other inch was taken from my hair after my stylist was informed my hair wasn't cut properly. She didn't even know what point cutting was and needed a demonstration from the other stylist. My hair has always been one of my best features, regularly receiving compliments and now I'm embarrassed to leave the house or take photos. The hilights were not placed or blended well. My hairline looked like it was misshaped due to bleach placed too close to my face. My hair has also been compared to a calico cat & a honey badger after my appointment at Salon D'ville. I've been getting my hair professionally colored since I was 15 and have never had such a bad experience with a salon as I did here. I left the salon sobbing. My hair is now fried and will require lots of TLC and multiple appointments just to get it back to what it looked like on 05/11/23. The salon owner was very nice and offered a refund but this will require lots of money to fix. read more

Bridget was recommended by the salon to perm my hair. I have bleached hair and discussed this over the phone with them because I know it makes a difference. I have had many perms with bleached hair before. I was a little nervous when she started reading the box but she assured me that she had done it many times before and it was just a new product for her. She was very thorough in checking the health of my hair and told me it wouldn't be a problem. I also noticed when she was rolling my hair it was very loose compared to what I have had before but as she was supposed to be the expert I trusted her. After she was done I almost cried she assured me the curl would happen on its own. At this point I knew she was full of it but went home as it was very late. She told me to give it a week and if not happy come back. I did. She had fried my hair it is stretchy and breaks all of the time. She promised a blowout to fix it and now is reneging on her promise. I didn't want her to touch my hair till after my show then I hurt my arm and couldn't come in. I have never wrote a bad review but this girl stole my money and made bad on her word. I have to cut all of my hair off now down to an almost shave of the head. Whatever you do stay away from her and this salon. read more
