I had my baby with me and held her while I tried to put a to go lid on my cup. Both the barista and the counter server watched me, including making eye contact with me and never offered to assist. It took another customer watching me struggle one-handed with baby in my other arm to ask if I needed help. I know it's not required, but it would be nice to be assisted by servers if they see you struggling. As far as the cafe itself, the lighting is gorgeous, there is tons of seating, and I can tell it is likely a wonderful spot to do remote work or meet with friends or clients.

Egg, bacon, and arugula on a toasted ciabatta bun smeared with garlic aioli. I couldn't have wished for anything more. In an age where everything seems so complicated, I can appreciate simplicity. Excellent flavor delivered in a perfectly sized package. In short our journey to Lakeline was a great experience. Shredded lettuce feels more like something they serve at the elementary school cafeteria than in a restaurant. My side salad was good, though. I really enjoyed the simple dressing of olive oil and lemon. What brought the experience down was the incredibly slow service. From waiting to order, to our food taking forever, to a crazy long wait for our check, the entire lunch took much longer than it needed to (well over an hour).
