Her attitude made the whole in interaction feel very unwelcoming especially since the first employee had been so kind to squeeze us in. It was frustrating to be turned away almost a full hour before the posted closing time, especially after we had already been told they could accommodate us. If the kitchen closes at 9:00 PM, that should be clearly posted so customers know ahead of time and don't make the trip expecting to be served. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left a really bad impression.
