Hamoudi is my new favorite Barber. Very simple, no frills barber shop that I've been missing. No pay pads, not confusing listings, products to upsell you on, no having to make appointments. You walk in, sit in barber chair (or waiting chair if someone is being cut), get haircut, pay (cash only), leave. It's that simple. The cheapest barber I've managed to find also at only $30 (extra $15 if you need your beard done) Seriously walking in there is like walking into a barbershop from like 20+ years ago. Hamoudi (the owner and barber) is very friendly, he'll try to engage you in conversation throughout the haircutting process and if something isn't quite right after he is done cutting your hair, he will dutifully try to get it how you want it. My past couple visits I just walked in during the afternoon after getting off of work and he's usually just finishing up with someone. No line, reservations and having to wait for to be accepted. Just a guy with clippers in his hand waiting to give haircuts, who loves to chat and loves Baseball. read more

Love the guy who runs this place! He does fast, quality work and he's just a friendly dude all around!

The first and only place I got my hair cut while living in Seattle. Always a pleasure and efficient.

Very friendly barber and comfy shop. Reasonably priced and an overall great haircut - best I've had in Seattle so far. One thing to keep in mind is they only accept cash. read more

The owner is amazing and does a fantastic job cutting hair. This is a classic no frills barber shop which I love! I was getting very tired of having to pay $70 for a basic men's haircut. At the time of this review, the price of my cut was only $30. The only downside is this is a cash only business. However, the owner is super chill and let me run across the street to the ATM after the cut. read more

Great haircut, immediate walk-in service, affordable. Just what I was looking for. My first haircut in a decade.

Hamodi is amazing! Super personable and has a lot of interesting things to talk about. I consider him a friend! He's my favorite hair doctor! read more

Great haircut at a great price. The wait time is short. An old school cut. Will be a forever customer while I live in Seattle.

I've been getting my haircut by Hamoudi for a year now and I refuse to go to anyone else for my fade style haircuts. He is very talented and very personable making the overall experience comfortable and welcoming. His prices are low compared to most barbers in the area and quality for what he asks. I'm happy to not only call him my barber but my friend, thank you Hamoudi!!! -Brandon read more

6 years later and Hamoudi is still the best there is. I now live in Snohomish County, but still make the trip to Wallingford for my regular haircut. He's just that good. Thanks, Hamoudi! read more

The Baseball Barber Shop - Barbers Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Absolutely loved Hammudi! Great haircut, was able to walk in without an appointment, Hammudi did a great job of sanitizing the chair. Great conversations! Hammudi is extremely skilled and was able to cut my hair just like I wanted. Prices are very fair. Cash only. 10/10, will go again and highly recommend. I'm typing this review out after my second visit with Hamoudi. He's the real deal, everyone. It's been about 3-4 months since my first visit, and he recognized me the instant I walked into his shop. He's incredibly friendly, and he does his job well at a very reasonable price. If you live anywhere near the Wallingford area or even looking for a new barber, give Hamoudi a try. read more

Had my first haircut in Seattle after I moved in from India last month. My brother has been visiting Hamoudi since a few years and recommended that I visit him. I had a great experience. Little hole in the wall barber shop run by very nice woman, Katie. For $18 she actually took the time to try to figure out the best way to cut my hair, which is tough to do because it is very thick. She took notes on my punch card so she could compare how she cut my hair with what it looks like when I come back! Never had anyone seem to care as much about how my hair looked. My girlfriend loved the cut, and insists that I go back to her from now on. Not much else you could ask for, I don't think. Her sweet dog greeted me when I came in, then promptly plopped right back down on his bed. Also forgave her the Yankees stuff on the wall since most of the baseball memorabilia is donated....I think I'll bring her a Red Sox poster when I come back. read more

I come here for a fresh cut every 2 weeks. Prices are very reasonable. Hamoudi is a great barber. A+++

Since I've moved to Seattle last year, it's been a search for a local barber who offers quality cuts without charging you salon prices. Fortunately, I was out for a walk one afternoon and found my way to Baseball Barber Shop. The owner/barber, Hamoudi, is extremely friendly and rather enjoyable to talk to. Also, his cuts have been clean and well done. If you're looking for a great cut at a very reasonable price AND want to support a true local business, I would highly recommend you stopping in to visit Hamoudi. read more

Owner is dope, haircuts always on point, and never a super long wait. Best 20 you will spend in Seattle.

Katie was flexible with scheduling, friendly and gave an awesome trim! I left with exactly what I wanted and it was very easy to communicate my preferences. Quality cut from a pro. I will definitely return! The only downside is that pricing is more in line with competition instead of being a true bargain. $19.95 for a men's cut and she recently stopped doing the free cut punch card for frequent customers. 5 stars if the price stood out more from the competition... read more

Haircuts in this town are expensive and cold. Hamoodi always delivers a great haircut at a fair price... in fact, I'm always telling him he should raise his prices! He's very skilled, extremely accommodating and extraordinarily friendly. read more

Best in town for the cut, price, and environment. Hambdi is a great barber and great at creating a relaxing vibe.

Hamoudi is the man. I bounced around around barbershops for my first year here but never settled on one. Once I found this shop, I haven't gone elsewhere! Honestly checks all the boxes for me: Affordable, quick but quality, and Hamoudi himself is a great guy. read more

Wow! What a great place! Haircut was excellent and the owner is a gem! If you are looking for a haircut, with a little conversation, this is your place. At 20bucks a cut you can afford to stay well groomed. Remember it's cash only! Sometimes there's a short wait, so bring a book. read more

I recently moved to the Wallingford area and stumbled upon this place as I was out for a walk. Hamoudi is the man and will be my go-to barber from now on. He has very strong attention to detail and genuinely cares about your haircut looking dapper. read more

I love getting my hair cut here. I work in EMS, so I need to get frequent haircuts to stay presentable. For the longest time, finding a barber shop that can do a decent cut for a decent price has been a challenge. My search is over. I can usually get in and get out quickly, parking is never an issue and the price is reasonable. Guys, if you need a simple cut, this is the spot. Make sure you get the "free haircut" punch card, too. read more

I have been searching for a good barber at a fair price in Seattle and had a hard time until I walked into this shop. This place is simple and straight to the point. The owner is an excellent conversationalist and he is the only person in North Seattle who can cut my hair the way I want it. The price and talent are unmatched, the location is easy to find, and there is even parking. I will be coming here for as long as I live here. read more

Harmoudi is an amazingly generous guy. He cares about all his customers and does an excellent job. I take both my boys there and it is the first time ever that they actually enjoy going to get their haircut. My "critical" teenage son will only goto Harmoudi. He got a free can of hairspray after getting a lesson on how to his new look! read more

This is truly a great little barbershop. It's basically entirely run by the owner and main barber, Katie. She's very nice, friendly and great at listening to what you want and providing that for you. She's also great about socializing if you want to, but not forcing it if you are introverted or just having a bad day (my housemate hates small talk and is very shy and loves that she doesn't force conversation if he's not in the mood to get chatty). After years of trying to save a dime by going to SuperCuts, I was disappointed by the lack of consistency between cuts even though I have a very simple one, and decided to try this place. She nails it every time (usually just asks if I want it the way we've been doing it) and has me going back every time. The friendly dog and random baseball memorabilia just add to the quaint charm. The only advice I would give is to call in advance to make an appointment. She does take walk-ins, but has a good list of regulars that are her primary source of clientele. I would say 90% of the time I call in the morning or early afternoon, she can fit me in later that day. read more

Just had a great haircut here! One of the best cuts I've had. Just a regular cut nothing trendy. I was able to walk and get a haircut for a great price. Cash only although he is working on taking cards in the future. read more

What's not to like about this functional unpretentious barber shop? The proprietor Katie Hansen, has been here for several years, and offers a quick, competent, cheap (or what passes for that nowadays) haircut. She's open until 4:00 PM on Saturdays for the benefit of those of us who work outside Wallingford during weekdays, and she can usually squeeze in customers on short notice. What can I say? It's where I get my hair cut... read more
