The beef enchiladas were delicious, as was the red sauce. The accompanying beans and rice were nothing to write home about. The star of the meal was a huge slice of tres leches cake. I could have made a meal just off of that, but since it was ordered by my friend, I wasn't going to eat all of her food. Ha! Honestly though, the salsa and rest of our food was mediocre. We ate most of it, but there wasn't anything I'd crave enough to go back. It was edible, so if I found myself in Frankston hungry again, I'd consider stopping in. We asked for our check to be split up between us, and I guess he just wasn't in the mood or something. We showed up close to closing time but the staff didn't mind at all. Everyone was so friendly and happy to have us here. Our server, Samantha, was so sweet and attentive. I had the shrimp and mussels arrabiata. My husband had chicken parmigiana with a side of fettuccine Alfredo. Both were terrific.
