A very good convenient place to have breakfast, with good service and good food. The coffee is decent and I often get omelettes with home fries and am rarely disappointed.

What I like about this place it's littered with locals. This isn't the kind of restaurant you're going to see out of towners. And that's a good thing. You'll find friendly service and waitresses that know most of the guests. The restaurant has its positives and negatives. On a positive note, the bagels are baked by this local chain. They taste fresh and good unlike what you would get at a place like Dunkin Donuts. As with all local bagel shops they offer many different flavors and styles. That's the good news. If you're going to come here bagels are your go-to. The rest of the breakfast items are similar to what you would get at Shoney's or Denny's. For some people that's perfect, but for those looking for a better quality breakfast might want to go somewhere else. The other great thing about dining here is value. Nothing is expensive and you're going to have your meal within minutes. If that's what you're looking for this is your spot. Stick with bagels and you'll leave happy.

Best breakfast spot in Easton, hands down. I used to come here with my grandfather as a little kid and and I'm still coming. Nice laid back, local atmosphere with a beyond friendly staff. Amazing specials offered each day as well, just check the whiteboard near the kitchen entrance. Also it is the best bang for your buck in Easton you can find in terms of breakfast food. If you're new to the area, or just looking for a place to become a regular for breakfast this is the spot

First time here I had a great experience, bagel was prompt and good then I ordered the same thing as I waited 15 mins just for a bagel with lox.. oh and as I watched them play around behind the counter like throw a plastic butter (the small kind) into a larger batch of cream cheese they put on bagels ... yeah that was sanitary didn't think anyone was watching huh

    Delicious FRENCH TOAST!

Not only do they have the worst service but they also have the worst bagel. You can find a better bagel in your grocer's freezer section.

With comfortable seating (including outdoor seating), and a smiling, pleasant, and dedicated staff, you can choose from a multitude of menu items (including specials) and have your meal with excellent coffee or tea. Courtney took care of us and she was absolutely incredible. Professional and patient, as well as extremely kind, it was clear she was proud of Sunny Side Up. It was easy to taste why. In fact, our meal was so wonderful, we came back the next day for another breakfast where Courtney took care of us again. Their eggs are excellent, the bagels are out of this world, the fruit is fresh, and the bacon's tasty. Their hashbrowns are thin, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. I had their breakfast burrito, which was delicious and filling -- and came with their homemade and slightly spicy verde sauce. Courtney also made the best lattes I have had in ages. The only problem was me because I was so overwhelmed in the best of ways that I only took pictures of my first dish! My girlfriend and I will certainly return and I will post more food pictures. What a place!

Although busy, it is a quite place to dine and talk. Their variety of coffees and teas are fantastic and all of the food is fresh and cooked perfectly. It was so perfect we came back the next day for another meal. My girlfriend got the same meal twice: Scrambled eggs on a croissant with hash browns. She also had a fruit cup. The eggs are farm fresh (most likely from the nearby farm) and the hash browns are prepared in a skillet without a ton of grease. The fruit cup was fresh and sweet with cantaloupe, red grapes, and blueberries. The first day, I had their quiche special (sausage, red pepper, and rosemary infused gouda). The quiche was light and very satisfying. I also had a fruit cup. On day two, I had the light and delicious Greek omelet (feta, tomato, spinach, and onion) with hash browns and buttered rye toast. I also had a latte and a cappuccino, which were fresh, hot, and unsweetened. Such exceptional flavors. Both days, Dom served us and she was absolutely kind and fielded our questions with ease. This is definitely a place my girlfriend and I want to get back to!

This is a firmly casual atmosphere- part café, part bierhall, part grocery, and most importantly- Curated Wine Shoppe. The ambience- bloody enormous! It was an auto garage! The outdoor patio is also large- standard Bierhall bench seating or stand overlooking the river and 'Free Bridge', as the locals colloquially refer to it. Pagoda to keep the sun off. The café- standard coffee options, and a few pastries. I believe the pastries used to be done in house (a couple had Moroccan flavours), but now, done by the wonderful duet Pie+Tart. The Bierhall- firstly- they stock Ayinger. This is my favourite Braurei in Germany. Nothing pleases me more than to see several brews- especially the Brauweiß. There are about 15 beers from which to choose, most being less common/higher quality German Brews. There are also some American brews by Von Trapp in Vermont- who also focus on German styles. Good prices. Served in the proper Becher glassware- or suck on a bottle. The Grocery- focusing on Australian dry goods and some necessities. This harkens back to the old Silk Mill location- sans the candies. I've bought some higher quality spices here. THE Wine Shoppe. Since this part of the venture opened, it has become my go-to for most of my wine. He stocks wine which you will not see anywhere else. The focus is on Austrian/German, and Australian wines. Cheap to expensive. Walking the horseshoe from left to right, you start in the White Brut/Sekt, to the Grüner, to the Red /Rot Sekt. In the centre are the cheaper wines, and a good amount of Rosé. While I say cheaper, that does not mean inferior by any means. One of our household favourites has become Fritz's Rosé. I will take the time to discuss the Wines mostly- I was introduced to many Weingut here- Moric, George Breuer, Fritz and many others. The selection rotates, but there are some mainstays. Try to find the proprietor- Jason- walk the Shoppe with him and ask questions. I have never once been steered astray. The focus thankfully is the drier side of Wine- Old and New World. You will not be inundated with the same rubbish Napa Valley and PA wines other proprietors carry. This Shoppe is for those who have an Old World palette and feel the necessity to always pay restaurant premiums. Remember, at a restaurant, you are paying for the wine, plus the storage, Som, and service. You can also buy chilled wine. You can also buy wine to consume there (different list due to LCB Legalities).
