No baby boutique is going to be completely affordable, but some of these reviews criticizing the prices at Babby Cubby are really ridiculous! The clothes that they carry aren't Cat and Jack or Walmart, but higher quality and a bit more durable. They last longer! That being said, I won't spend $50 bucks on a 6-12 month hoodie either, babies grow too fast! I only started buying a few nicer pieces when my daughter fits in a 5T/XS. My only criticism of The Babby Cubby is the staff was focused more on selling car seats then clothing items. I wanted to check for another size and it was hard to get someone's attention. read more

Such a frustrating experience ordering a crib. We went in, and even though there were many cribs online, only 4 were available for purchase. We were told the one we chose would take a week to arrive. A month and a half later it came- with no shipping info available to us- and was dropped on the side of our building. Customer service left us in the dark- printed the address label incorrectly and took forever to fix it. We had to call to find out what was going on- no one reached out. Buy a crib elsewhere! It will be cheaper and less of a headache. read more

The store was very clean and well organized. All of the workers were friendly. My husband & I are expecting our first baby next month. We went in shopping for our car seat & stroller, and Baylee was so kind and patient with us!! She was extremely informative on all of the things. We went in with a brand in mind, but by her taking the time to really educate us on all the pros and "cons" of the two brands we were deciding between, she sold us on the Vista!! What an adorable little shop!! I am so glad I stumbled upon this place while we were staying in Utah back in December! If you're looking for the more quality, unique kids/babies clothes and brands, this is your place! I had to pull myself back by not going crazy and spending a fortune in here lol I could have bought half of what the store sells! Baby Cubby is everything my wife and I were looking for when we started our family. Stylish, quality, and hip with a large variety of options for different tastes. It has become our go-to stop for baby gifts since we are done having children of our own. The atmosphere of the shop and customer service were also stellar while we were there. Absolutely cute store! However, the prices are what turned me away in the end today. I definitely think I would only come here once my baby needs a family picture outfit. That way I don't have to pay for shipping because there is absolutely no way I can afford a $58 shirt for my 6month old. Absolutely crazy to me. I did love though that you can test the strollers + car seats that are quality here. We ordered our Nuna Pippa car seat online because we found it cheaper but like I said, it was nice to come in and get a feel for the quality, weight, and fabrics of the items you can buy online. Overall, adorable shop with a good selection but I would be doing my family a disservice if I shopped here on a regular. We'd be broke very quickly! Definitely a luxury store. read more

People are saying their prices are expensive.. these are not baby cubby prices--it's the brand's prices. That's not in baby cubby's control haha! It's a cute store no doubt, have an ok selection but the prices specifically were kind of ridiculous to me. Spending more on an outfit for a baby than I would an outfit for myself just doesn't make sense to me. This could be a fun place for the occasional splurge, but with places like Target and Kid to Kid that offer similar looking things at a much lower price tag, I'm honestly surprised this place is doing so well, considering it's located in Utah County where there's a lot of young parents with not a lot of money to spare. read more

The baby cubby is by far my favorite place to buy baby items. I had bought a baby carrier from the baby cubby when I first found out I was pregnant. Months later after having my baby we found out that the baby carrier that I had purchased would not attach to the base. The baby cubby team helped me get in contact with the product developers to get it replaced. They were so helpful going back and forth with me. Long story short the new car seat didn't work either, the baby cubby team upgraded my carrier so fast and was so helpful. I can't express how much this meant to a mom especially postpartum. I have been in search for a stroller/car seat and after much researched I decided in the nuna mixx next. I called several stores and none had them or sold them. I called baby cubby's and by surprise they did. Upon getting there we weren't greater which was kinda interesting because the time we where there everyone else was greeted. As my husband and I were testing out the nuna a worker came up to us and asked if we needed assistance. We said we where looking at the stroller and trying to figure things out for our own. She came back 5 minutes later asking if we were interested in purchasing. Again we told her we just needed time to explore the stroller. She left. Literally, 5 minutes later same later came back and asked if we needed help. After the third time it made me feel as though she was trying to keep an eye one us. When we finally asked for assistance on folding the stroller she had NO idea what she was doing. Went to go ask a coworker for help. I told her the stroller she was showing us was not the nuna mix. And she went to ask and came back to clarify she was showing us the wrong one. I knew for a fact she was as mistaken. Went home to continue researching and turns out she was showing us the Demi grow. Had another client that hadn't done their research been there instead of us, she would of sold them the wrong stroller. She lacked knowledge and skill: and that seems to be the case with all the girls working there (I say girls because all of them look young, definitely too young to demonstrate professionalism ‍) Overall we did not have such a pleasant experience. We weren't greeted, kept a close eye on us, and didn't help us in what we where needing. Makes me think it was all racially motivated. read more

Everything about this store is perfect. Absolutely in love with it. It was my first time visiting since I live out of state. The ONLY thing I was disappointed in is that they had signage in the store that stated clothing was 20% off. I approached associates asking about it and they said that the sale ended the day before (SUNDAY) and that they were "sorry". Having worked retail for over 7 years I was shocked that they didn't offer to honor the sale considering there was signage throughout the store. As a manager in retail I know that in situations like this one we honor the signage to do what's right for the customer. Otherwise its false advertising. Maybe that's something to improve on or be more mindful of. read more

UNFRIENDLY-UNTRAINED-ARROGANT We visited this store 3 times and 3 times we experienced a terrible service! #1 We bought a car seat. Unfortunately this kind of car seat doesn't fit in our car without sitting in it super tight. No one asked us about the brand of our car or realized that both of are pretty tall. Maybe we expected to much but asking basic questions should be part of a sales pitch. #2 After trying to find a result for our issue we went back to the store with the car seat. The sales associate was incredibly unfriendly and arrogant! She also wasn't well trained in any way. #3 I visited this Store a 3rd time just to give it another try. I was looking for some baby shoes. I spent around 15-20 minutes in the store and not one employee said hello or asked me if I needed help. I found some mittens and I had a question about them. This lady couldn't give me an answer to the product. I have been in retail management for a few years, I know how costumer service should be. This store has very good products and also the open store setup is nice, but with this kind of service I don't believe they will stay in business long. Please, train your employees to be more friendly and knowledgeable in the products. A simple "Hello" and eye contact would help a lot as well. Being nice to the kids would be a great benefit as well. read more

The only reason why I wouldn't give them five stars is because the girls working there don't seem to consider smiling part of their -customer service- jobs. This is THE BEST store for baby gear. The customer service is amazing! We had shopped here before and had no issues, and we should have just done so again and saved ourselves some time and stress. But for our all-in-one, we tried to order a car seat from another baby boutique that was recommended to us and it was a ridiculous hassle. They were pushy and rude and condescending when we asked questions. So we came to Baby Cubby instead. They were SO helpful, answered every question we had, AND reinstated a credit we had let expire. Car seats can be a very large investment, and they tend to cost about the same amount no matter where you buy them, but buying from Baby Cubby made me feel like I was getting a sale price because being treated well while you buy an expensive item is a huge perk. Absolutely will recommend this store to everyone and will remember not to waste my time elsewhere in the future. read more

They have a lot of cute things, and some of them are definitely worth the higher price tag. However, they advertised this big tent sale and made it sound like a majority of their stuff would at least have some discount. In reality, it was a very small percentage of their stuff on sale. Hardly any clothes or books or toys, and the ones that were weren't that on sale. Seems pretty misleading to advertise a big sale and it turn out to be a regular sale anywhere else. Should have just discounted most things at 10% or something. read more

Gorgeous clothes and fabulously friendly staff, but the real gem is the toys. These are the types of toys that will be used by and survive multiple kids or even generations. Sustainably made and thoughtfully crafted- I wanted to buy them all! Also, as far as the baby gear, they've got all the best stuff. It is so helpful to see everything back-to-back and compare in real life! I wish I'd come before my son was born to make more informed choices for his car seat/stroller and my diaper bag (they even have a handout for the diaper bag options to keep it from being too overwhelming). I'm from out of town but will definitely make a point to visit again! read more

Hands down, my favorite baby place to shop. The selection is great, and they have nice gifts than you can't find elsewhere. We have purchased many things, stroller, car seat, blankets, etc. But, my favorite thing is the customer service. It keeps me coming back. I have been offered a stroller if I'm holding the car seat, and today they did such a great job helping me find and gift wrap my selection. This was by far the best place to go stroller shopping. They have a great selection and even a multi terrain stroller track outside to try them out on different ground! I've been overwhelmed trying to figure out what convertible car seat to get and I went in and Jana was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and she even showed me how to install it in my car. Plus she gave me all this added info while we were installing, she was hugely helpful! Tips on how to install baby and about not using "extras" for the seat. I spent so much time in the store hemming and hawing over what to get and the staff just let me wander offering help but also leaving me to wander. The store is beautiful so it was easy to kill a lot of time not to mention all the extra unneeded stuff I "had to buy" because, well there was too much cute stuff I couldn't possibly pass up.
