Bought a stroller cover after we received a gift card for this company (the same one others are freaking-the-hell out about) and could not have had a better experience! The cover is high quality material, and the name embroidery included came out great. We ended up paying only $22 dollars, however we would've gladly paid 2x that based on what we got. Will definitely look at buying other items from these guys. They know what they're doing unlike many baby-oriented companies. read more

I love this company! I originally ordered the customized pacifiers because Motherhood Maternity provided some gift cards. So the pacifiers were free & all I did was pay for shipping (not a bad deal for some cutie customizations). Once I ordered, I received an email confirmation right away, and my ordered was delivered within 2-3 weeks. The quality is great & looks just like how it was advertised. We are expecting our first-born in 3 months, and I can't wait for him to use these! read more

I ordered my first canopy car seat cover after seeing a great deal that was offered online. I was able to get a cover for just the cost of shipping. At first I wasn't too sure but after receiving it the quality is great and it stretches to perfectly fit my son's Chicco car seat. I definitely recommend this company to any and everyone looking for a car seat cover that doubles as a breastfeeding cover. When ordering I had zero issues and shipping was faster than expected especially with covid delaying a lot of orders with other companies. read more

Gouging new mothers? I was so excited to receive a bunch of gift cards in my hospital bag for Mothers Lounge llc items after having my baby. I was like "wow! how generous to reward new mothers with baby stuff!" Well, its actually just a trick to get you on their website. The gift card works, sure, but the shipping is almost the cost of the actual items you're buying. Really distasteful marketing tactic if you ask me. read more

LOVE the pacifiers! Very cute. They look exactly like the photo on the website. I also ordered leggings and a car seat cover and loved those dearly. I would post a photo but the baby isn't here yet so I haven't opened those! Highly recommend. The shipping is a little pricey but totally worth it. read more

Please avoid this company. They sent out fake congratulatory cards to countless non-pregnant women's parents, forcing women as young as 18, and those unable to conceive, or have suffered miscarriages, to discuss their private lives. I received one months after the initial complaints - meaning that Mothers Lounge continued this after hearing that they were inflicting damage. Mothers Lounge: please do not respond saying to contact your company to be taken off a mailing list - these women have had to do enough. Instead, issue a public apology to the women and families. Customers: Please read the articles below. Please do not support a company that has hurt so many - and have no intention of apologizing. Imagine that they may do this to your future child. There are tons of negative reviews for this company. Fake company that took my money but didn't deliver the product and doesn't have a way to contact them by phone. Their automated chat bot is a joke and always had the same response. Called my bank to dispute the purchase and after their investigation my bank refunded my money, not Mothers Lounge. read more

Love love the stylish Car seat canopy by Canopy Couture!! I chose the Chevy style which is light gray with white zigzag stripes! It's is 100% cotton outers, 100% polyester minky interiors which doesn't disappoint it is so soft feels like a baby's blanket!! Right now we live in a world where you don't want anybody to go near your baby so I love the fact it just keep the baby covered and when u want to see your baby just lift up the cover very simple and easy!! Highly recommend the car seat canopy by Canopy Couture!! My only regret is I didn't get it personalized Embroidery so I plan on ordering other one with my sons name on it!! read more

I was so excited to purchase so many things from these shops up until I saw how much shipping was going to cost. Shipping for ONE item that would have been extremely lightweight/non-fragile/non-perishable, would have been about $15. That's HALF the cost of the actual item!!! So egregious. Other than gouging expecting mother's for money, I can't imagine why it would cost so much to ship an item a couple states over. I will definitely be deterring friends and family from their shops. read more

I will give 2 stars as I have at least recieved 3 of the 12 orders Ive placed. What I dont understand is why I have yet to recieve the rest of my orders when the estimated date of arrival was May 6th for almost all of my orders. this makes no sense. If I ever get the rest of my orders I might be inclined to change or update this review but until i recieve them this review will stay where its at. the pacifiers I ordered 3, the ones with custom writing came out great. The one with a custom design on it however came out looking like a bad decal job, blurry and just not cute. The pregnancy pillow so far seems half decent but we'll have to see if it even holds up for more then a week. The baby bibs?/leggins are kinda cute, but you can never get the style you want because most of the designs are ALWAYS out of stock. read more

So very disappointed. Found a coupon in a Parenting magazine to get a free nursing pillow. Just pay S&H. The pictures on the coupon make it look identical to a Boppy. IT'S NOT. Its way too thin for the baby to lay on. The baby would slide/fall right off. Also, it does not securely wrap around your mid section. ALSO, it's poorly stuffed. The sides were just fabric...no stuffing. VERY POOR QUALITY. It's not worth the $13 we paid for shipping! Would return it if we could. read more

Got this in the mail the other day and unlike a lot of the women posting here I wasn't surprised to get it because I've filled out countless stuff for free things and coupons. The reason I am giving this a negative review is because I got a booklet of different coupons to different sites. These sites aren't different though they are all owned by this company which gives this sense of shady or almost scammy site feel. I don't know how anyone would be comfortable purchasing. The other thing that I found out was that the cost of shipping is pretty much the cost of the item, so no it's not free when you go to buy two pacifiers with a $30 credit only to pay 29.99 in shipping. read more

I ordered my first canopy car seat cover when I saw that they were doing a sale on facebook I believe... It was pay for shipping only and then I also saw that they had another discount on top of that, if you got one the second one would be $10. I couldn't pass that deal up and with Covid-19 and all I didn't want anyone to touch my newborn. The item only took about two weeks to get and I got it right before I had my son, so that was great! I had no issues with the whole process and I got a confirmation track for my items, so I was able to see when they would arrive. I personally love the car seat covers and how they keep people from touching my baby. They are very light material and not too heavy. I haven't used mine for a breastfeeding cover yet, but I like the idea that I have that option. I've also gotten compliments and new parents at the doctor's office asking where I got my car seat cover. I would definitely buy this again and they have great options on styles and colors. read more

I ordered two Udder Covers from this company, and I'm satisfied with the product. I even got my son's name embroidered on one of the covers, and it looks quite pretty. However, I have read the previous reviews of this company, and I agree that the marketing tactic with all the "gift card" coupons is a bit misleading. I ordered these nursing covers with the impression that I'd get $30 off, and I ended up spending $30 anyway on shipping and a second cover. read more

I purchased 2 of the udder covers (one for me and one for a friend). I love mine! There were so many pattern choices it was so hard to decide what I wanted, but I love the one I decided on - the Brooklyn. It's lightweight, but not see-through and I love how easy it is to see my baby while I'm nursing. I'd highly recommend! read more

I was a recipient of their stupid card with the coupons and "gift cards". They sent it to my PARENTS' HOUSE, prompting a small freakout from my parents thinking I was pregnant, which I am NOT. Insensitive, rude, and disgusting tactic. They should be shut down immediately. read more

This is such a horrible company. I had a panic attack when I got their stupid advertising card with all of the "gift cards" in the mail. I recently had an abortion a few months prior and this made me break down and cry seeing the "congrats on your pregnancy" card. I hate this company now, I thought this was a sick joke from someone I knew. This company should be taken down. read more

this is my second order from them for my breast-feeding covers with custom named and both were so precious and durable. don't even have to wear a shirt if you don't want to it's definitely wide enough and the material isn't too think so baby will be most comfortable but not thin enough to see though. the cutest touch with their names engraved I almost cried being able to hold my baby girls in their cute little covers! I've gone out to eat or even Disney and not once did anyone see anything and it's easy to adjust and slips on like an apron! the owners are just as wonderful so if anything needs arent met it's easy communication I love this company ! read more

Its all a scam. I got 12 mini gift cards, all for $30 to $60 in the mail. They seemed pretty iffy but I decided it was worth a shot anyway. I made 3 custom pacifiers with the $30 CustomPacifiers.com card and went to checkout, applied the coupon and saw that S/H was almost $14, damn. There was a banner at the top that said free S/H on orders over $30. I guess that only applied if you actually pay money. Then there's a banner on the "Shop" page that says after you buy $30 worth of pacifiers, every additional pacifier is $5. My order added to $29.95, not $30, so I told myself, "That must be why S/H isn't free." So I was like, $5 extra for the entire order is worth it if the S/H is really free. I added an extra pacifier and the total increased to almost $20 just to stay within America and use economy shipping. read more

I am absolutely incensed by how this company feels it was acceptable to mail a fake greeting card to my parents address congratulating me on pregnancy with coupons and "gift cards" First of all I have zero need for these, secondly I am concerned how they retrieved my full name and mailing address. This is such a despicable and tone deaf marketing tactic. Imagine being a woman with fertility issues or recently suffering from a miscarriage and receiving this. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. read more

They are sending letters and worthless gift cards to mothers to be who are not even pregnant. Be aware of this scam. Google them before you do business with them. read more

I found the carseat canopy via Pinterest. It was a great promo, to pay S&H fee, which was $14 mind you. My baby is still a bun in the oven so I have yet to put it to use but I was very surprised with the quality once received. I ordered the Chevy canopy, which has the chevy pattern, white & grey. The interior material is extremely soft, like a baby blanket :) Once my order was placed, it shipped extremely fast, with tracking information & my package came with additional promo codes for other baby companies. I've seen several other reviews saying that these are used for same companies with similar tactics which you still have to pay S&H for. However, nothing in life is really free. I'm just glad to have gotten a useful product for only $14. read more

As others have said, this company is trying to scam young women with a pregnancy congratulation card and gift cards that make you enter your credit card info in order to check out. Whether or not their goal is to steal credit card info is debatable, but the marketing technique is tacky and deplorable at best. I would never give them my business. read more

This company is despicable. They send out congratulations cards to women who have at some point signed up for maternity emails, not considering women who may have miscarried, who may be in violent domestic relationships, who may have had abortions, who may come from extremely religious families. This campaign is horrendously irresponsible and any reviews that say this company is great are manufactured. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I received a personal letter from someone named Jenny Bosco congratulating me on being pregnant and containing $245 in gift cards for baby gear. I am not pregnant and know no one named Jenny B. It turns out this letter is a marketing attempt by this company and a terribly invasive scam to get people to use their company. A quick search online will reveal that this letter was sent out to thousands of women. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE GIFT CARDS. read more

What is wrong with this place?! My KID sister received the "Holy Guacamole" card from this company congratulating her on her (non exsistent) pregnancy! Who thought this was a good idea?! How did you get her name and address? This is disgraceful, Jenny B. As someone who is from Salt Lake I am tempted to drive there and give them a piece of my mind..... read more

Scammy, spammy, and darn near predatory tactics employed by this company. Sending fake "gift cards" to women and their mothers and trying (and failing) to make it look hand-written? These kinds of marketing tactics sicken me, and I hope enough of an outcry gets created by this recent marketing campaign that something can be done. At the very least, avoid doing any business with this company, and tell your friends to avoid them, too! read more

It was average. I feel like I could make it myself. I would rather buy a product tho, they just don't have the quality feel.

The free card is not free, I ended up paying more than the card was worth and never even received the bonus Udder covers and was told that it was never applied to the order but I can have another free gift card, what a joke. Oh and the baby shoes are a joke I've been waiting for almost a month and still have not had a status update as to when I will receive my merchandise. I guess I am a glutton for punishment because I just ordered some personalized pacifiers and same result not even an email confirmation. Good luck with shopping here because I never will again. read more

Disgusting way to market your company by sending these cards filled with "gift cards". I've ordered two original baby canopy's I don't like the fact that we can't button the straps tighter because just with that one it's loose for my baby's car seat so it moves so much and I think it's dumb how they have some nfl teams in the original canopy there's no raider team just in the caboodle canopy bring back all the nfl teams for the original canopy :) read more

This is a scam company. My sister just received a grab bag with a packet of gift cards and note saying congratulations at her doctors appointment. She is expecting and lives paycheck to paycheck so when it said she won $455 in baby clothes gift cards she and her husband nearly started to cry. We went online only to find out that the "gift cards" aren't true gift cards and rather just promotional codes that can't even be used on the high shipping fees. So she didn't actually win anything and these congratulations packets are in every single grab bag. Unbelievable and disgusting. I have filed a report on the Better Business Bureau. Also, when I looked into it, it shows that you guys were actually investigated by the BBB and told to stop this practice. read more

We received a package in the mail filled with what we thought were gift cards and coupons for this company's stores. We were surprised to see so many gift cards and different amounts, thinking we might have actually won one of the drawings or contests we'd entered. But when trying to use the gift cards, we noticed a few things. The gift card cannot be used towards the price of shipping, and promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards. Shipping prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY high. And the amount that was on each gift card is just enough to make you think that at least one item from the store is covered. The implicit deception is unethical and no one's products are worth that kind of treatment. read more

This company sends out "gift cards" that are not really a discount. Take your money are RUN!

If I could give this place a negative score, I would. These thieves bought my information on the internet and pretended to be a friend of mine by sending sketchy gift cards. I ordered online using a coupon I got from buybuybaby when I had my daughter. the website was informative and easy to use, the promo code worked, and delivery was fast.
