They didn't have the size shirt we wanted but they located it at their other store, took our payment and arranged for quick curbside pickup at the other location which was not far at all. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has answered a single call or replied to any messages. The complete lack of customer service or acknowledgment is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that communication appears to be completely nonexistent. I am cancelling my order and won't purchase anything from Minnows in the future.
