Then he dropped me off at a near by restauran so I could have lunch during the inspection time. It took about 4 hours so by the time he finished I was at The Collection, when he called to let me know it was almost done I asked him if he could pick me up since it was raining, he said yes! So the process was long but he made it very convenient and the buyer liked everything he had to said about the car so the deal was made and everybody is happy!

I'm 2 years into a 3 year lease for the 2024 Mini Smart S with Brahman. Today I took the car in for regular scheduled maintenance, and was told they needed to keep the car over the weekend until Tuesday (it's Friday today), so I asked for a loaner. Then I encountered the most incompetent and rude service I've ever had with a car dealership. First they called me to their desk and asked for my ID, and then they spent the next 10 min doing nothing. When a different lady came up to me to ask who I was, I asked to get my ID back, and she said she needed to make a copy. I asked why she hasn't done that for the past 10 min I've been standing there. Then, and this takes the cake, they sent a guy who apologized smilingly about not having any Mini Cooper on hand and they had to give me a Hyundai as a loaner. I eventually went back to the leasing office to get my car back so I'll come back when they have a Mini loaner, and the original lady ran over and said they did have a Mini loaner. An older man went to ask them questions and they looked scared. I believe they always had the Mini loaner(s) and for some reason wanted to see if I would take a Hyundai (when I want to drive one I'll let you know and stop paying $732 a month for the lease with an $8k down payment). The guy after that started addressing me as "lady" and became quite unfriendly. I don't think these people have any training in customer service or should be in customer service. It's beyond me why they were playing games with me and trying to make my life miserable for what is otherwise an everyday transaction. Don't do business with them unless you want to be overcharged, threatened, and finagled from what you pay for.
