I have no complaints about the facial itself. The only reason I give the experience 4 (instead of 5) stars is because I remember a few things that were less than ideal. First, there is not clear communication about the exact location of the salon within the building, so that leads to unnecessary confusion after you arrive. Also, if I recall correctly, Regina was running a bit behind on the day I went, so I recall having to sit in a small waiting area while waiting for my appointment to finally start. There was one other couple there, and they were watching some kind of raunchy video on speaker. So it was not a relaxing or edifying experience before the facial began. Thankfully, the energy was very different inside Regina's salon once my appointment actually got started. In sum, I only visited once. But I had a good experience overall.
