This was my first time ever being waxed and Mia was great. She was very quick, I may have been in there for 15-20mins at most. She talked to me the entire time which helped keep. I would be lying if I said areas still aren't tender after hours of having it done, but they are. It's not too bad though. Just breathe, pull your stomach taut, and talk to her and you'll be fine. Also because of COVID, she has on a mask and a face shield so I felt safe. When you arrive you will have to text her so she can open the main door for you and you don't touch anything except the bed.

Lynn worked on my eyebrows for about 4 months before I moved out of state. In that time my poor brows had made great progress. Fast forward 2 years later, I've moved back to the area and without hesitation knew I had to allow Lynn to work her magic and get my brows back in shape again. Making an appointment was easy. She remembered me which made me feel special. This time around my brows weren't as bad off, but they will still need some work. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Lynn to give me brows to be envied. Lynn is an expert as what she does. She knows her stuff, and by stuff I don't just mean brows. She is a professional esthetician, who is more than willing to not only serve you but give you free advice to help whatever skincare/ health journey you're on. I planned a spa day for my husband's birthday well in advance. The day before his appointment, I received a call informing me that the esthetician who performs the facials was sick, so that portion of his appointment would need to be rescheduled. Although I was annoyed, I chose to make the best of it and keep the remaining services. About an hour later, I received another call from the spa saying his appointment time had to occur at a later time than I booked. After multiple changes, inconvenience, and uncertainty, I decided to cancel the entire appointment. I requested a full refund. I spoke with the manager, and the owner personally called me to apologize and assured me that I would receive a full refund. I appreciated the apology, accepted it, and moved on. Imagine my surprise when I received my credit card statement and discovered that I had been charged the full amount for a spa day that never happened. I immediately contacted the spa and spoke with the manager, but the explanations I received for why the refund had not been processed were unconvincing and frustrating. After everything that happened, I should not have had to chase down money that I was already promised would be refunded. I'm now being told that I will actually receive my full refund. That remains to be seen. The entire experience has been frustrating, to say the least. Customer service isn't just about apologizing, it's about following through! Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be patronizing Sensory Sentiments again. To the owner, manager and staff...DO BETTER!
